They were able to find a secure a tenant for us in a very short space of time and communicated with us in a timely fashion regarding each step in the process. Overall, an excellent service.

They'll also work tirelessly to ensure that they're serving both landlords AND tenants as best they can, within reason and swiftly. Couldn't expect anything more. GoogleAs a first time Landlord, I was understandably extremely nervous and cautious about letting out my family home. After James visited my property he gave me very clear and detailed information on the legislations and processes invovled. I came on the Market and within a week the team at Stirling Ackroyd Dalstom found me an ideal Tenant for the asking price. This was fantastic work shown by the team. Their process for making sure I had everything in place for the letting was as smooth as you'd like with no problems at all. I was very surprised just how easy they made everything! Great team I would recommend THE agent in town to anyone!!!
