GoogleI had a deeply disappointing experience with this estate agent. From the moment I submitted my offer to purchase a property, I was repeatedly given misleading information. When significant issues were raised by the surveyor, the agency continued to be evasive rather than transparent. Their handling of the entire process felt highly dishonest and left me unable to trust anything they said. I ultimately withdrew from the purchase because of their behavior, and I would strongly advise others to approach this office with caution.

GoogleMy and my Husband have recently moved into a property that was first shown to us by Christina. We have had some not- so positive experiences with estate agents in the past but Christina was a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and down to earth and especially NOT PUSHY which was something we really appreciated , almost like a friend showing you around. There was some delays through out the process (none of which were her fault) but we could tell that she was trying her best to get them resolved. She kept us in the loop through out and was available on the phone if we needed help. I would 100% recommend giving her a shout to help you out when looking for a property, she’s great!

GoogleI have only had the easiest experience with Stirling Ackroyd. Moving from the states to London is no easy task when I can’t fly over to see flats and have a major time difference. Jasmine has not only been extremely accommodating in the face of those challenges, but also very quick to respond to all my questions. She has been so informative, communicative, and kind every step of the way.

I have been dealing with James - and he gave me a confident, and as it turned out, realistic timeframe for finding new tenants. I really felt my unique circumstances were listened to and we came up with an approach that got the apartment marketed and filled quickly.
