GoogleWe just bought and sold with Stirling ackroyd and had a faultless experience. It was definitely a tricky situation at times and our agents Darren and Liam were extremely measured, never pushy or too relaxed.

GoogleI can't recommend Darren Ebsworth enough. He was very responsive and proactive throughout the house buying process. I highly recommend Stirling Ackroyd enough - very professional and supportive for a first time buyer.

GooglePretty disappointed. Samuel knew that we were moving into an apartment that had a top up electricity meter installed even though our contract stipulated it was a regular credit meter. He told us 2 days before we were due to move in so we had no choice but to deal with it. He reassured us there'd be no issues, that the meter would have enough credit to last a few days, but lo and behold, the night of our first night in -2° weather our electricity cuts off so we had no lighting or heating. Turns out the previous tenant had left a significant amount of debt in the meter. When we contacted Samuel he advised us to take it up directly with the landlord and offered to step in if the situation hadn't been resolved. The situation has still not been resolved and there's been no word or input from Samuel. The only plus side is that he lowered his agent fee when we signed the contract, but in hindsight it may have been because of this "illegally installed top-up meter"

GoogleThe sales rep was ten minutes late for our first house viewing. We made our own way to the next property where the same agent was due to meet us - he never turned up. We called him several times and he did not pick up. We then called their office and the receptionist said she'd seen and spoken to him and that he'd be over shortly which led us to keep waiting. This process repeated itself for an hour until we decided to stop wasting our Weekend. We never received an apology from the agent and didn't get to see the house. Needless to say, we didn't bother looking for any other houses through this firm.

GoogleThey say that selling a house is the most stressful thing in your life but our agent Kyle Moran did everything to dispel the myth. He was calm, charming, efficient and reliable. He kept in regular contact with us and our buyer even when he was out of the country on holiday. Even at the tensest moments as we approached completion, thanks to his clear knowledge of the business I never doubted that it would all go through OK - and so it did.

GoogleOur agent Mathew Shaw as excellent - very good communication, negotiated viewings with our tenants with great diplomacy (they were stating to get understandibly testy after twenty five), efficient, and on the ball - when our original buyers pulled out he moved quickly and re-engaged a buyer who had previously expressed and interest. Overall - restored our faith in estate agents. - couldn't recommend him and the office highly enough
