TrustpilotDiscriminated against
Staff were rude and asked me 101 questions because I was from London, as if I was a criminal. Would not recommend ever!
Dear Antony, Thank you for leaving us a review although we are quite surprised by your comments. We are afraid we are not able to find your booking in our system. For the benefit of our future guests we would like to clarify that our standard procedure is to know a bit more about our guests who we could be hosting. We are sorry if you find this rude, most of our guests and property owners find this to be necessary. Kind regards, ALTIDO Team

TrustpilotMust stay!
The apartment is very clean and is a great size for a couple, it's located just a stone throw away from the Piazza del Duomo which is very convenient. The only negative is since it's located very centrally it's not very quiet during the night, other then that I would highly recommend.

TrustpilotGreat places, in Edinburgh City Centre
Stayed in Altido properties a couple of times now, both in the centre of Edinburgh. Both had great facilities, great location, excellent communication between myself and the Altido team. Also when I did have an issue it was resolved swiftly with little to no issue! Will definitley look out for Altido when booking stays in the future.

TrustpilotQuiet, clean apartment.
The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. It is in a good location and despite being in the middle of the city, it was quiet and felt safe. Staff at the place we picked up and returned the key were warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
