GoogleI spent a few days in London with my family and everything was super. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There are books everywhere, sofas.
May be the owner should leave a few earplugs, as there are noisy situations at night.
Very good the transport system by bus and tube. A very nice area where to stay!

The best flat I’ve stayed in on my travels to Scotland. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy. Location right on the Grassmarket and 5 min walk to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, restaurants and shops. Great and communication with Douglas and Altido. Will DEFINITELY be staying again at the Wee Palace upon my return to Edinburgh later in the year!

At the London Residents Club, we welcome feedback both positive and negative. It enables us to develop our company and improve our service level to our guests. In doing so, we have created a service that delivers a great experience for 1000s of guests every year, we are proud to have received so many positive reviews but we take our commitment to never stop learning very seriously. We don’t take the praise for granted and listen twice as hard when someone would like to complain or offer suggestions on how we could improve.
We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience but we do not feel it is constructive feedback to call us “liars and fake”. As you know, we were not able to host you in your chosen home due to a gas leak, we immediately refunded you the full cost of the reservation before the date of the check in. We looked for alternative accommodation options for you but after speaking with your husband on the phone we were instructed that an alternative was no longer necessary.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss any constructive feedback and if we are able to make any changes to improve our service we will.
