GoogleI brought my first house in Forest Hill with Stanford Estates, supported by Malcolm in 2007, and then found my next house in Catford with them this year- so I had confidence that the process would be smooth and professional. David Vincent, was professional and kept me up to date with developments at all times, liaising all matters and communication between me and the seller efficiently. The sale went through without delay. I'm really grateful for their service throughout the process, and would highly recommend them.

GoogleAs a buyer I had a brilliant service from Stanford Estates and would highly recommend them. Alex Ryan from the Catford branch specifically, versus other competitor agents I dealt with during my search for a property, was highly knowledgeable, engaged and happy to go one step further with any query. Even during times when Alex wasn't free, the rest of the branch was fully up to speed with my process meaning there wasn't ever a delay. This made my first time purchase as smooth as could be and definitely was a weight off my mind as everything processed through.

GoogleI went through a purchase as a buyer with Stanford Estates Catford, and honestly I feel very lucky to have found them! They don't have the pushy attitude that I had encountered many times elsewhere, and generally speaking the staff there are just very grounded and smiley people. I was assisted by David Vincent who was very attentive and excellent at liaising all matters and communication between me and the seller efficiently. I'm really grateful for their service throughout the process, and would highly recommend them :)

FacebookThis agent is appalling. I booked a viewing. It was not recorded. Got driven to property only to receive a load of abuse from tenant. Then was told I had to walk back to station in the rain. Awful treatment.

GoogleI came to Stanford Estates after two previous attempts to sell my property fell through due to poorly qualified buyers from my previous estate agent. I decided to setup a series of valuations to find a new agent but after meeting Ben I decided upon Stanford. I couldn't be more pleased that I did, not only were they able to sell the property to a properly qualified buyer, they managed everything and were in regular contact. Excellent value for money and restored my faith in using an estate agent! Thanks to the team!

GoogleRecently purchased a property through Stanford Estates. From my first interaction in person to dealing over the phone and email, they were a breath of fresh air compared with other operators. Super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and a very personal service. They helped pushed through the purchase in good time and assisted in more ways than they needed too. No hesitation in going through them to sell or buy.

GoogleI have never come across staff with such disgusting attitudes before. Ever. Both salma and susan are beyond unprofessional, rude, unknowledgeable and I genuinely don't understand how they are still employed in a customer service based job. If you know what's good for this branch, get rid of them.
