GoogleBuying a house is stressful. However, David and colleagues at Stanford were a great support and did all they can to quite simply get and keep the purchase moving through to completion. David was across the purchase status at all times, chased where necessary and above all kept us well informed through clear and regular communication - an area where so many fall short.

GoogleAlex and the team done a great job selling my property, and were very efficient in making the whole process go as smoothly as possible. They always kept me up-to-date with any new developments and advised me on other matter. It was extremely convenient that they were local to me and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone who wished to sell their property.

GoogleBen and Cherrelle were both really good. They found our buyer before we had listed our property or even signed a contract with them, which impressed me given the current market. Cherrelle in particular was good at keeping the ball rolling during the sale process, walking us through what needed to happen, and even reassuring us when we were feeling stressed or worried. Good friendly service, would recommend.

GoogleReally slow responses to problems, poor communication with tenants and landlords. Lack of communication about ongoing problems with property between their staff members or when someone goes on leave. This was a really exhausting year in what should have been a great flat.
Hi Elli, you've made 2 complaints about 2 different letting agents within 20 minutes of each other - each agent in different parts of London. The other complaint reads "Really difficult year in a property with an existing moth problem and eventually lost my furniture and a chunk of my deposit to replace carpets damaged by the moths." You must either be very fortunate to be able to afford to live in two different properties in London at the same time, or perhaps your post is poorly executed spam.

From first viewing to completion, he was always made himself available for any questions, and smoothed out the normal hiccups that normally come up with a sale but reassured us throughout by being very communicative. Unlike many estate agents, they are very straightforward, honest and responsive, and dealt with all the many issues we encountered along the way with efficiency, tact and professionalism. GoogleTERRIBLE SERVICE ON LETTINGS - I was a tenant with Stanford for 1 year and was shocked at the poor level of customer support we received. Reported issues on the property were not addressed, we recieved late notice on visits and in one case were told the property required urgent repairs (by a 3rd party contractor) that were never organised. 4 months after vacating the property I still am in dispute with them and awaiting my deposit. Have rented all over the World and probably the worst experience to date. Wouldn't use again if you paid me.
