I bought a Berkeley flat. The building it was in burnt down in 20 minutes 2 years ago due to design level errors in the fire safety features. I now live in rented accomodation with my wife and 2 small children. Berkeley still haven't admitted liability despite the fire brigade's report pointing the blame at their corner cutting. Buyer beware.

It is a wonderful experience from St George’s handover my new apartment. They handover it earlier than the schedule. Quick response for fixing the defeats. They also offer free service of handyman to help on furnitures assembly and wall drilling. A special thank you to St George Tiago who is reliable, knowledgeable, qualified and an experienced Manager.

Overall positive experience for me but the end part during completion, I wish that more information such as additional costs due to contract extension can be made known earlier so I can do something about it instead of just paying passively. All critical dates with cost impact should be provided upfront to the buyer.

Very happy with our recent investment in a flat at SQP. Given that we are based overseas it was essential that the sales / service team kept us abreast of all upcoming deadlines etc. throughout the project - which they did. Went to see new development at Edenbrook development.We found service consultant lady was very rude. she didn’t even bother to show the house and explain, we couldn’t get answer for our queries. she doesnt know anything about product she is offering. The way how she was talking was very rude and lack or professionalism which put us of straight away.

We bought a house that was built by Berkeley home. It burnt down really fast because it was missing fire breaks in the walls. A report investigating found this out. Berkeley have tried to dodge this and have taken no responsibility. Google Worcester park fire, all the material is online. Do not trust this company!

Concierge like to go round taking pictures of peoples balconies just for having a couple bits of washing on their, even though we are in an energy and environmental crisis. Service charge is a rip off as well. Its not great. Don’t bother. Freehold> leasehold all the way.

The 24 hour emergency centre does not function. No one picks up the phone, even on Saturday non busy hours. I left message. No one called back. It was about water leak. The one who was in charge of emergency should be responsible.

The entire estates team at Hareshill have been excellent. I’ve been amazed on how good the customer service has been. Quick to react and excellent at following up.
