The builder excel from other builders like Bovis or Linden and by far from persimmon, it's just not about the full experience from beginning to the end of your transaction. It's also the quality you will see when the new property it's ready for you.Money well expended and very recommended.

Scary how little they care for the safety and well being of those who will be living in their homes.Poor buildings, and no responsibility or action taken when one of their buildings burn down, due to their lack of care put into building it. Horrific

WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A 1* NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AFTER PAYING, MISS SOLD, SO MANY HIDDEN FEES ADDED EVEN AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES! I STILL AM YET TO HEAR BACK AND WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER!!!!! AVOID! CHEAP FOR A REASON!

The quality is below my expectations. Bad laminated floor installation. Not soundproof windows. Also, the completion date was delayed. No proper ventilation system installed even though much cheaper developments have. It’s overpriced.
