GoogleSean and his team have been incredible ever since we moved in. Any question we’ve had has been answered in no time and the appropriate support arranged. Super lovely to deal with, always available and overall really helpful. We’ve dealt with many agents over the years but none have been this great!

GoogleI cannot thank the SJW team enough for their seamless and impeccable support, professionalism and knowledge. Ivan in particular guided me through every step of the way, start to finish of the tenancy & without any hesitation was always so attentive and friendly. I have never come across a better Real Estate company. Each department provided exceptional service. Having experienced real estate companies around the world, I can honestly say SJW and Ivan are the best by far. Highly recommend!

GoogleHad a good experience renting property through SJW, in particular Norbert has been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process and beyond. Still early into my tenancy, but would also like to mention property manager Sean who has been cooperative and willing to help.

GoogleI feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with this agency, including Natalie, Ivan, Sean, Norbert, to warn others about their unethical practices and poor service. During my tenancy with this agency, I paid an exorbitant amount in rent. Despite being a responsible tenant who maintained the property impeccably, I have encountered nothing but frustration and disregard for my rights. After vacating the property over seven weeks ago, my deposit has still not been returned. The lack of communication and blatant delays in processing my refund are inexcusable. It is evident that this agency prioritizes profit over the well-being and rights of tenants. I urge anyone considering renting through SJW to proceed with caution. Their negligence and disregard for tenants' rights highlight a systemic issue within the rental market that cannot be ignored. Save yourself the hassle and avoid THEM at all costs. Seek out ethical and reputable agencies that prioritize tenant satisfaction and adhere to proper regulations.

GoogleGreat service! Special thank you to Norbert for being always so responsive, outside of working hours too! Highly recommended!

GoogleEdit: They have now had our deposit for three months after leaving the property. The only excuse they have is that their contractor was unwell and wasn't able to visit the property on a specific day to provide quotes for works. I do feel sorry for the contractor having been unwell for what seems to be three months! Atrocious service Unbelievably poor service from this estate agency topped off by multiple employees, including the director himself (Hui), lying in writing. AVOID THIS AGENT

GoogleA scummy agent which made almost £1,000 in spurious claims against my deposit. Fortunately, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme threw out most of their claim. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is a dodgy landlord or enjoys some good ol' end-of-tenancy litigation.
