GoogleGreat experience with SJW. Ivan, our estate agent, was a great help. Quick and efficient, took one week from when we enquired a viewing to getting the keys and moving in. Super professional and available to help throughout the process.

GoogleGood experience overall, given I was in a bit of a rush. I did move in a flat that had some minor details, probably because of the previous tenants, but requests can be made to fix those as much as possible. I would recommend!

GoogleWorst agency ever. 8 weeks and still holding my deposit. Only caring about the landlords, do not work with them. They just take your money, do not work with them.

Dear Greg, Sincerest apologies that we hadn't responded to your review sooner. We are of course incredibly sorry that you had such a neggative experience during and in ending your tenancy with us. As we are all aware, the pandemic was a very challenging time for all - including landlords - and whilst we always endeavour to negotiate and find a middle ground to conflicts that arise between the two parties, we appreciate in some instances this is not possible. With that being said, we have taken this review to heart and have looked at how we can improve moving forward. We wish you all the very best for the future. The SJW Team
