GoogleFinding place in London is harder than it seems, especially when it’s needed on the last moment, but I can say, that we were unbelievably lucky to find this agency and amazing Ivan who helped us solve our problem in less than a week with full safety. He is a professional and bright person, who puts maximum effort in his work. We couldn’t be happier and we are really thankful for all help from Ivan and SJW agency.
I recommend it to everyone who looks for their new home ❤️
Thank you so so much again ☺️

GoogleI have been in London for almost nine years and this is by far the best agency I have had.
Ivan, the manager was very helpful and we really appreciate his professionalism and positive energy!
We had less than a week to find a 2 bed flat and to be honest we were losing hope. But Ivan and his agency saved us! He was able to find something that fit our budget but was also very nice and well located.
We have been living in the apartment for almost six months now and I have never had any problems.
On the contrary, everything is perfect. They are available when you need help and really take care of their clients.
I highly recommend this agency. Thanks to Ivan and SJW Property Management agency for their professionalism and help.
I plan to take over a property with them as soon as I finish my contract because I have never been so satisfied.

GoogleSJW Property Management and Investment UK. We have been working with SJW team both as Tenants and as potentials investors from Switzerland and have been recipients of their dependable service. Ivan has been exceptional in terms of going the extra mile to communicate the requests of tenants; which brings an authenticity to actually representing tenants requests as much as landlords and vice versa along with professionalism.

Very quick with responses, answered all the questions I had, was able to fit me in for a viewing and advise me on next steps. This whole process was extremely smooth (2 weeks tops) and the apartment is awesome with a gorgeous view. Definitely recommend!

GoogleAttention all prospective renters! Before signing a lease with SJW, please take the time to read the similar reviews. We deeply regret not doing so ourselves.
This company consistently takes the landlord's side without any supporting evidence and is currently attempting to unfairly charge us for damages caused by previous tenants. It has been ten weeks since we vacated our rented apartment. At the end of our lease of a one bedroom apartment, we paid £350 for a cleaner recommended by SJW and returned the property in a significantly better condition than when we first moved in. Despite this, we have still received an charge for £120 for worth of additional cleaning services. We have ample photo evidence to support our case, which we have shared with SJW. If they publicly dispute this, we will provide all necessary photo evidence online comparing the two and others can make their own judgement.
During the check-out process, SJW initially raised charges, some of which we contested. Subsequently, the landlord added further charges for issues listed in the check-in report we were provided when we moved into the property. They are attempting to hold us responsible for damage that existed before our tenancy, without even verifying their own reports.
I have sent a detailed list to SJW, including the inventory items and their reference codes for which they are unjustly trying to charge us. However, we have yet to receive a response. We are currently waiting for this matter to be resolved through TDS. Months have passed, and we still have not received our deposit refund and they are still attempting to deduct hundreds of pounds worth of damage, caused by previous tenants.
If we had known we would have this much hassle and deceit, after doing everything we should have done, we would have simply found another apartment to rent in the first place, with a respectable agency.

GoogleRented a flat from them for 40 months, handed over the flat 35 days ago, they didnt back to me with checkout report, i followed up over 6 emails and couple of whatsapp messages with no luck, they are holding my deposit since 35 days now with not a single reply to my emails.
Never been late in rent payments, handed over the flat in the same condition i took it and yet they were rude enough not to reply to my emails.
The worst, be careful dealing with them.
