Good evening Dean, We had a block viewing at the property, of which you were the last appointment, so we were at the property at the allocated time. As you can appreciate we have a very busy diary on a Saturday and as you were late and had not contacted us we had to go on to the next appointment. After we moved in, Alan death with maintenance of the property; any issues sorted immediately without any delays. We never had any problems with this professional team and 100% recommend them.
