On the rental side, Conchita and Charlotte were considerate when arranging viewings for the new tenants, were great communicators and it seemed from our side the process went smoothly. Great professionals.
On the purchase side, we worked with Mo who was always professional and accommodating with us as first time buyers, happy to answer questions and explain processes. He was always informed as to the status of the sale and the next steps needed to complete the agreement with knowledge of the status of all parties in our chain. I would not hesitate to work with Sinton Andrews in the future.

GoogleBy far and away the BEST experience I’ve had with a lettings agent!
My wife & I rented a lovely apartment in Ealing through Sinton Andrews. We were there for 2 1/2 years. During this time the team were excellent. Any issue we had (broken dishwasher, replacing the boiler) they were on it. The tradesmen they used were local, really good and sorted issues out quickly and easily (including calling at 7am asking if they can come round same day to replace the boiler so we weren’t without hot water!)
When we extended our contract and in the end gave our notice/moved out, it was so professional and fair.
A big thanks to Alan & team. I recommend you everytime a friend is looking to rent, buy or sell in the area!

It was not the easiest flat to sell, I had given up trying to sell it with two other Ealing based estate agents a few years before. The sales team worked hard getting it under offer and gave me good advice on the initial price and when to reduce the price. Once under offer, Phil went the extra mile chasing the seller to exchange and complete, which was a lot of work! Thank you.
