GoogleSinton Andrews have been excellent from start to finish. I initially bought my flat through them a few years back and have used them to help me now rent it. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been responsive and helpful especially Ella and Conchita, their knowledge and expertise has been invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAdam Sinton and his team did a fantastic job selling our house in West Ealing. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We could not have been happier with the personal, friendly and efficient service they offered. Very clear communications and helpful estate agent. After a truly awful experience with RSK, it was so refreshing to deal with Sinton Andrews. Adam Sinton and his team are true professionals compared with RSK. Phone calls and e-mails always returned and good advice given. The team at Sinton Andrews Ealing have been nothing but amazing. Everything felt seamless and all of them really go above and beyond to assist you. They are by far the best agent in Ealing. Called this company up looking for a rental with my two dogs.Firstly call was taken by a guy who could hardly be bothered to speak to me.Eventually after calling a second time was put through to a lady with the name C I think She promised me she would contact owner to see if he would accept my two dogs 5 days in no call from this woman to let me know either way! This evening got the same man who had zero interest in even opening his mouth to speak and when I explained how disgusted I was with the service all he could do was blame it on staff shortages Avoid at all costs

GoogleThe Sinton Andrews team managed the rental of my home whilst I was abroad for 9 years. They kept the balance of occupancy and rental value, brilliantly with no periods of more than a few days unoccupied. In addition they were very good at managing the upkeep of the property and have an extensive "little black book" of reliable and reasonably priced tradespeople. They were extremely good at communicating appropriately, I felt informed but not hassled If I have to go abroad for a sustained period again I would definitely put my home with them again

Their friendly and approachable style meant that I never felt pressured (in contrast to many other estate agents) and gave me the space and time to find the right property. Would highly recommend to anyone considering renting or letting.

GoogleAn appointment was made over the phone to view a property a few days later. Having received email confirmation of the viewing, the day before, we tried to phone three times to confirm the viewing was going ahead, but no one picked up the phone. On the day of the viewing we phoned again but no-one picked up the phone. We headed to the property in any case and when no-one turned up to show us around, phoned again and had to leave a message as no-one answered the phone. Finally the agency called back to say the house had been sold! They claimed to have emailed and phoned a landline to inform us, which is a lie as we have no landline and received no email. Completely unprofessional.
Dear Anita Sekhri, I am very sorry to learn that you and your son have been inconvenienced. I have spoken to the Manager of the Hanwell office. He tells me he rang the number we have for you that morning but it would seem it was a wrong number. He then sent an email at 12.07 saying an offer had been accepted late morning and we therefore needed to cancel your appointment. I am concerned that you say your calls went unanswered. My Hanwell office was closed that week for refurbishment, their incoming calls were being diverted to my Northfields office. I can only assume there may have been a glitch as a result. Once again, I completely understand your frustration. I take these things very seriously but I believe we made every effort we could to contact you. Kindest regards Sinton Andrews
