Hi James, we're very sorry to see you are unhappy. We checked back on our records and noticed you vacated 2 years ago, so it's a very delayed reaction it feels. I can see you were unhappy that some repairs weren't carried out in the kitchen flooring. Also it appears you were unhappy with the landlords request to withhold some money against the deposit when you vacated. It is a shame you have written us a 1 star review when we manage the property on behalf of the landlord but cannot make decisions for them. To judge Shaws so poorly for the is a shame.
