I had a really smooth experience with this agency. From the outset, Kacendra was incredibly helpful and organised, she kept things moving efficiently and always made sure I was updated throughout the process. Communication was clear and prompt, which made everything much less stressful. Solomon, who handled the viewing, was friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and gave a genuine, relaxed tour of the property without any pressure. Shaws Kensington are amazing. They went out of their way to find us the right place. We were after short term furnished accomodation - which is not the usual thing people are after but they went ahead and thought outside the box and found us a suitable place. Solomon and Kacendra have been so helpful and transparent and we are delighted because we found a place within the first week of looking in London! The process has been efficient but also good value for money. So yes, we are a big fan of this real estate company especially Solomon and Kacendra as they have given us exactly what we were hoping for and this process which can sometimes be a pain has been easy and fast. An excellent agency and the only place to go if you are looking to let, rent, buy or sell in Queens Club Gardens or the surrounding area. Lisa will always find excellent tenants and negotiate a fair but market driven rent. As a landlord I have had only one bad tenant in 20 years of working with Shaws - the others have been excellent or exceptional and I have never had an issue with rent arrears or damage to the property. Jana runs an outstanding admin team and can organise a very efficient check in and out process with associated inventories If you live too far away or are otherwise unable to manage the tenancy whilst in progress then Shaws offer a comprehensive management service. It is expensive as is that charged for by competing agencies but Elodie is worth every penny. She is priceless and a real credit to Shaws. I have tried several agencies over the years whilst letting in Queens Club Gardens and am still a landlord there but now resident. Should I decide to let again then I will under no circumstances consider any agency but Shaws

I have recently completed the purchase of a flat and I would love to share an amazing experience I had with Shaws Kensington! I had been viewing flats for months and many estate agents were there to just show and sell. However, with Shaws it was different - it was great! I first viewed the flat with Rennelle, who was great, very friendly, answered all questions, showed the flats without rushing me and then she showed me the flat to be… With my further viewings of that flat Axel took over. Axel is an estate agent everyone hopes to find! He knows the market inside-out. His straightforward approach was refreshing, always providing clear and honest advice and realistic expectations without any pressure (no pressure from an agent is very important!).
