Unbelievable Service and Professionalism.

I highly recommend the Sellmyhome service, clear communication with all parties and Robbie was incredibly professional at every stage even when things got difficult with the sale.Our sale was extremely difficult and a number of things went wrong, but my assigned sales manager (Robbie Hughes) who was with me through the sale process and went out of his way a number of times to get things done on time. When Robbie had a day off (well deserved) other members of the team stepped in, communicated well and did what was required as it happened. Any questions or concerns I had were answered quickly too.unlike tradional estate agents that go missing when things become challenging.The Sellmyhome business model and cost structure shows clearly the charges from traditional real estate agent business are extortionate for the service they provide.I highly recommend the Sellmyhome service, clear communication with all parties and they stepped up when things got difficult ....working with Robbie felt more like dealing with a mate than a voice at the end of the phone.Do not think twice use Sellmyhome .

The best agents around

The best agents around, Sellmyhome were hugely helpful and professional from start to finish. They managed to get me multiple viewings and multiple offers. We opted into their completion management service which took away all the stress from us and allowed us to get on with our every day life while they worked behind the scenes on the sale of our property. Online agents are the way to go

Online agents are the way to go! Massive cost savings but no sacrifices. I still got fantastic photos of the property, great customer service, help with offer negations, support when we had issues further down our chain etc. This really helped to take away some of the stress and made the process as enjoyable as it could have been! Thank you to Harry and the rest of the team that helped us. I will definitely be looking to use Sellmyhome for our next property sale.

I highly recommend the Sellmyhome service, clear communication with all parties and they stepped up when things got difficult with the sale.

As well as working in financial software development, I was also an IFA and mortgage advisor for nearly a decade. I've also bought and sold personally as well as developing a number of properties along the way - and my opinion on the traditional model of the Real estate industry was they take large fees, while providing little value or effort for the amount charged. Also, when things went wrong, as they often do, the service in most cases was very disappointing, both as buyer and a seller.I did my due diligence on Sellmyhome.co.uk, asked a number of questions to Tom their head of sales and eventually signed up. In the case of this sale, I'd been quoted £4800 and £4650 from traditional agents prior. Tom also phoned around and got me a good deal on the home report, saving me around £100 on what was quoted from the others.This sale wasn't easy and a number of things went wrong, but I was assigned an individual sales manager (Robbie in this case) who was with me through the sale process and went out of his way a number of times to get things done on time. When Robbie was on holiday, other members of the team stepped in, communicated well and did what was required as it happened. Professional, Competent & Respectful Estate Agents

At first, we were cautious about using an online estate agent to sell our home, but our fears were immediately put to rest when we spoke to the sales team. We can truely say that we have never dealt with such a professional, respectful and competent business. We spoke to several members of the team and they all were polite and highly competent.We were regularly updated on the sale of our home and we felt like we were their one and only clients. Harry was our contact in the team and we felt that nothing was too much for him to do for us. He was polite, friendly and always returned my calls with an honest answer. We can not recommend him highly enough. They sold our house for the full asking price within 3 days. The photographs they commissioned were stunning, the website gives clear instructions on what you as the client needs to do and if you get stuck, the team is more than happy to help.They even sent gorgeous fresh flowers through the post as a welcome gift, which was a wonderful gesture. Excellent company to deal with

Excellent company, from start to finish, I would recommend Sell My Home to anyone. Saved £3000 compared to local estate agents in my town !!! I had an immediate response to the ads on rightmove etc, followed by lots of viewings (30+) and I then sold the house twice at very close to the asking price....SMH goal is to sell your house at the price you want quickly...However, I found other online agents did NOT operate in the same way (other agents encouraged me to advertise at below the price I wanted to attract attention? I assumed they didn't really care about the price I achieved, and that they just wanted their selling fees and a quick sale...not so with SMHSales completion was also well managed by Harry.Just do it online, you don't need a business with a retail shop front to sell your house, and you don't need to pay silly fees either.Well done and many thanks :)

Great service and a successful …

Great service and a successful transaction. I was a little reticent about paying up front but from the start everything went to plan, Tom and the team kept us up to date with email and phone calls and we soon sold the house. When we started to have problems heading for exchange down the chain Robbie and his team were on the case and chased every problem down and again kept us informed on the situation and offered expert advice on timescales. They were able to access conveyancers down the chain which we could not have done, maintaining the pressure on those which were a bit tardy.Great job!

THE FUTURE IS SELLMYHOME

We decided to move at the start of the year looking for our dream home at so you can imagine the number of estate agents I've had to speak to when organising viewings and making offers... I do not know how people do it!However, these guys, Sellmyhome, where a cut above the rest! There was no comparison between the way we were dealt with and how well the team managed our offer and the chain involved for the purchase to go through. Polite, empathetic, understanding, patient, intelligent and knowledgable - not what I had come to expect of the estate agency world. We were concerned about arranging a viewing through an online estate agent due to previous negative experiences with other agents and platforms. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the team at Sellmyhome not only called us back but processed our request over the phone ensuring that they fully understood our position. We were shown around the house by the vendor who gave us answers to all our questions, an unexpected bonus, which gave us confidence to make an offer two hours later through the team at Sellmyhome. This was by no means a done deal due to the complexity of the chain and various external factors but the team stayed focus, kept us well informed and provided necessary solutions to every obstacle along the way. Special thanks to Robbie and the tenacity displayed in dealing with other parties and driving through a positive result, but all the team members we have dealt with have been efficient, reliable and friendly, including the photographer whose work we were very satisfied with. Saved lots of money & was very well supported throughout the process

I used SellMyHome based on a recommendation from a friend and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our experience with traditional estate agents has been very poor, so we thought we had little to lose. The customer service we received was impeccable. We ended up selling our property for considerably more than the traditional estate agents valued our property in the first place. We were assisted through the whole buy/sell process, with our account manager Robbie helping keep the momentum up with the various solicitors and other estate agents involved. There is a lot of work required to keep things ticking along! We'd recommend the 360 degree virtual tour option which we know was helpful to buyers and only fractionally more expensive.All in we saved tens of thousands in total, allowing us to put this money towards decorating our new place. SellMyHome provides assistance where we lack the expertise, and allows us to show our expertise by being the ones to show people around our home, which is what we know best. I have no doubt this is the future of selling your home.

First Class Service

Having been disillusioned with local agents we thought we would be ambitious and try an online agent. After some research we settled on Sellmyhome and what an excellent choice it turned out to be - they are really on the ball. We were allowed to write our own description - a big improvement on the boring drivel written by most agents. The viewing diary worked a treat and after only two viewings and less than a week on Rightmove, we sold for the asking price.Fortunately we had signed up to the completion service and Robbie was expert and proficient in keeping us up to date with how our chain was progressing and helped to bring about a timely exchange allowing us to make moving arrangements ahead of completion. I would highly recommend this service as knowing what progress is being made with solicitors etc. does help to make the stressful process of selling much easier.We were able to use our own photos and already had a floorplan and EPC so the whole sale costs came in at less than £1000 as opposed to the £15-20k we would have had to pay local agents.We will never use a high street agent again. We don't plan to sell in the near future but if we do it will be with Sellmyhome.

Charlie at Sell My Home has been excellent from start to finish. I have been so pleased with the level of service I have received and the great customer focus Charlie has. Sell My Home is so easy to do business and offer a service over and above that offered by any other estate agents I have ever used. You get the feeling that the team members want to sell your home just as much as you do and they are with you all the way. They call you when they say they will and they are proactive in communication with your Solicitor and Buyer. Unfortunately my house sale has fallen through due to our buyers Solicitor taking so much time to move the sale on but Charlie has supported us through the process so far and has been proactive in offering ideas to get the house resold quickly.Through sell my home you get a 5 star service for at a cost lower than the high street can offer you and as everything is online nowadays why should you fund the overheads for the estate agents office. I would definitely recommend Sell My Home to friends and family.

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. A user friendly online interface was easy to populate with our property details (with real person help available if needed). The photographer and EPC assessment were arranged quickly and great photographs taken. It was easy to manage availability for viewings online; we had good interest from potential buyers and viewers reported that the property was both easy to find online and make online bookings to view. We accepted an offer within one week of being on the market (May 2017) and completed within just over 6 weeks (July 2017). We spoke with high street estate agents before we went with SellMyHome but couldn't justify the additional cost for no real additional service, other than a local store front. Thanks to Tom Crosthwaite who patiently answered my plethora of questions before we signed up and was really helpful throughout. We bought the basic package, paid upfront, and saved £2,455 compared to the high street estate agent alternative. We have recommended SellMyHome to many friends and colleagues and would absolutely use them again. Thanks again to Tom, Katie and a really helpful team who were always available and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Fantastic Service from a 5* Company. Working with the Sell My Home team was effortless, nothing was too much trouble, they were always at the end of a phone to answer my many questions and hold my hand. Fake "no sale, no fee" offer

I tried to sell my flat using Sellmyhome, unsuccessfully. I had chosen the "no sale, no fee" package. Managing Director Will Clark first referred me to the "small print" about a withdrawal fee of 350 pounds. The terms and conditions make no mention of such a fee, or under what circumstances it is charged. In addition, earlier today he wrote that there is no such package, even though their website advertises this as part of a huge banner! While he claimed he was trying to get "to the bottom of this," the money has been taken from my account.Edit: They have transferred the money back, hence I now consider my experience acceptable. I hope that in future the website will be precise on the terms and conditions for both deals offers.Edit #2: I suggest you put all the information on your website. There is no mention of a withdrawal fee in your terms & conditions. Telling people AFTER they have signed up is too late.

We have just completed on our home and bought through sellmyhome. I have to say they were fantastic in particular Robbie who kept us up to date regularly, ALWAYS answered his phone, actually had time for us and nothing was too much trouble for him. And considering we weren't actually paying them it was a breath of fresh air. I would have no trouble recommending them and if I sell in the future then I will be selling through them. This genuinely is the future for estate agents. From the outset this company established itself with the upmost of professionalism. From my initial conversations regarding process, it was clear that the team had been carefully crafted-each part of the team is highly credible, professional and enthusiastic. I was sceptical diverting from the norm, but I had to investigate as the price was SO much better. On telephoning several online companies masquerading myself as a potential buyer to 'suss' out the process, Sellmyhome stood apart from other online companies with its ease of booking and professionalism. My wife and I thought we should take the leap, as we had received several weak conveyancing experiences in the past and felt we had little to lose.Viewings were organised swiftly and sensibly. The online portal is a doddle and this is backed up with telephone calls for the bookings. Potential buyers were always gently scrutinised so that we were aware of their own positions.We soon had an offer and opted for an additional service of the negotiation of handling of the sale. This was where Robbie from Sellmyhome shone. He was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He was always on point with our sale- it felt as though he was entirely dedicated just to us with the manner in which he conducted himself. At no point did we find ourselves filling him in on our situation as he always seemed aware exactly of what stage we were at. He was friendly and professional from he outset and my wife and I really can't praise him enough.So to conclude what is clearly a gushing review- use SellMyhome...ask for Robbie.... we certainly will again down the line. Sellmyhome - they do what says on the tin - they soldourhome

Sellmyhome.co.uk provide an excellent service. The website is well organised and simple to use containing relevant information. There was always someone on the end of the telephone if you wanted to ask for guidance (as opposed to being put on-hold). The process was exceptionally easy and fast to set up. We received clear guidance on how to write our particulars; the professional photography made my house stand out from the crowd and the speed at which these two came together, and were uploaded onto Rightmove, Zoopla and other key sites was impressive. The viewings were easily coordinated. We were then ably supported by a dedicated Property Manager, in our case Robbie Hughes, and Charlie who stood in when Robbie was away. They chased tirelessly up and down the chain to ensure that we were all kept abreast of developments. Even our solicitor was impressed with their ability to get through to solicitors. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and not afraid to provide advice. I would have no hesitation in employing these expert relationship managers who clearly know their business.

Highly Recommended - Excellent service and support throughout the entire sale

This was my first attempt at using an online agency and, given the number of companies on the market, found it quite difficult to select the one I wanted to use. I ended up picking SMH as it's rate was competitive and the quality of its website and additional sales material (brochures/plans/pics etc) looked if good quality. I was not disappointed. Right from the beginning the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the process and getting me set up. Pictures and plans were produced quickly, efficiently and if really good quality. I was highly surprised at the volume of interest generated and how quickly an acceptable offer was received - approx 99% of asking in 2 months. In fact, I think amazed the local agent who I'd instructed only the week before to also market the property to speed up the sale! Appointments were also well managed and the online site was really easy for someone like myself who likes to manage his time. Overall, a fantastic experience with the market, sales and post- sales team at SMH and would definitely recommend it. In fact, I have already to a few friends.

Excellent Service!

No hesitation in recommending Sell My Home - everyone I dealt with was thorough, professional but personable and Robbie took so much sting out of the final leg of the sale process, it was worth every penny.I did my homework before deciding which online agent to run with - one didn't even bother to get back to me - and definitely made the right choice. A 'proper' photographer ensured the pictures optimised the property details - the first viewers offered an hour or so later without a second visit! Although that initial offer was declined, all the viewings thereafter were followed up so feedback was plentiful, something often missing with the 'high streets'. A close to asking price offer was accepted just before Christmas and Robbie helped keep things on track to meet a quick turnaround. SellMyHome = the future for buying/selling properties

The service we received was exceptional. Harry, Will and the team were marvellous to deal with; helpful, provided considered responses and advice to keep the process moving with a lengthy chain, always available (including interrupting Harry whilst on holiday in France as he was the key contact with our buyer), personable and incredibly reasonable in terms of price. Our initial fear was that SellMyHome would not have enough presence in the market as they are a relatively new company and are only online. However, we had a number of viewings and had three offers within days of our property being on the market, and so our concerns were allayed very quickly.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you are looking to sell your home, do not hesitate to get in touch with SellMyHome.
