Fabulous service

Fabulous service. I thoroughly recommend the services provided by Online Estate Agents SellMyHome, and in particular William Reid, who has pulled out all the stops in aiding me to sell my mother’s property. My mother unfortunately has been admitted to a residential care home, necessitating the sale of her house to fund the costs. Bill went above and beyond to assist me during this stressful and trying time to achieve a quick and successful conclusion. It wouldn’t be fair to leave out Sarah Davies who helped push through any problems presented by my solicitors and the purchasers, and also the local Hayes office who were always there when needed. Many thanks to all of the above.

No regrets!

We were initially quite nervous about using an online estate agent, but we wouldn't hesitate to use SellMyHome again. From the initial, reassuring and informative talk with Harry, to the ongoing and excellent support from Felix, we got over and above what we paid for in terms of value. We had a long and protracted buying experience, with an ongoing sale falling through, but throughout it all, the selling of our flat with Felix was as smooth as it could be. Amazing service and excellent value

Amazing service and excellent value! Anna was assigned to manage our property and took care of everything from the initial listing and photos all the way through to memorandum of sale and completion. Having an individual contact made the whole process run smoothly and Anna was always on hand to chase things up when required. We actually had a buyer pull out at the last possible moment (3 months into the sale) so we had to start the whole process all over. We changed photos and took the property off the market and then back on for a 2nd time and nothing was too much trouble and didn't have any extra fees. I would highly recommend sell my home and will use again in the future.

Anna was the lovely friendly agent on the end of the phone!

I was so very grateful to Anna, and sometimes Harry, for the help, advice, patience and keeping in touch over the year it took from putting my place on the market to completion. I never met them, but it felt like there was a friend on the end of the phone. Anna was so sympathetic and supportive when my first buyer withdrew, and worked hard to get another buyer. Writing one's own sale report was interesting and useful, as you can add all the useful things that you have found while living there. And having the video tour was useful I think for potential buyers. The cost was so much less compared to street agents, so that was a bonus. But the best was the feeling of security with Anna on the case!

Great experience - would highly recommend

We had a great experience with sellmyhome.co.uk. They took over our house sale after we had a problem with a previous agent. They quickly and smoothly arranged new pictures and a floor plan, both of which we were very happy with. The sales process was very easy with a constant stream of viewings and a range of offers. Harry was always on hand to give advice about the offers and was very helpful when we negotiated with our eventual buyer. Harry was also a good go-between during our conveyancing process. Overall, I found sellmyhome to be very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend them.

If you’re looking to sell your house I can honestly say that my experience with Sell My Home was nothing short of excellent! If you’re sceptical about using an ‘on line’ estate agent then I would encourage you not to be. Certainly the people at Sell My Home were helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish.Unlike some other on line agents, they are transparent in their pricing (no surprise fees ! ). With first class professional photographs of my property and also a 3D. Virtual walk through. The sales team were always to hand with my questions about the sale and advice and nothing was too much bother. Then, the after sale service, (yes, they guide you through the Conveyancing process too ! ) was supportive and proactive in getting the sale to completion. Amazing experience and highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience using Sell my Home and saved ourselves almost £11,000 in the process! Our brilliant advisor Laura offered very sound advice and was very responsive to any queries. We also had our property marketed with a high street agent. However, whilst the high street agent had multiple people through our door for viewings (which meant constantly keeping the house tidy!!) a large % of these viewings were from people not genuinely interested in seeing the property. With Sell my Home viewings, this was not the case at all and the viewings were all very positive. We eventually got to the stage of best and final offers with the high street agent but they were still unable to get us an offer at the asking price...!! However, Sell my Home were able to get us an offer, at the asking price(!!), and also saving us the commission of a high street estate agent!We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and were throughly impressed with the service they offer! Thank you Sell my Home!!

This company was professional, helpful & kept us advised at all times. Forget High Street estate agents, this is the way to sell your home. A fair price for an excellent service.

I was honestly sceptical of using an online estate agent. Surely, I thought, how will it work, do I have to do everything myself, what about negotiating the price, it must be better selling through a face-to-face contact! I was completely wrong. The experience was nothing but positive at every stage. I had the pleasure dealing with Anna who reassured me at the start of the process that they would always be on the end of the phone and she was. Whilst I had to write the description and set my viewing calendar on the portal, Anna was always proactive and could not have made it any easier for me. SMH arranged a photographer to meet us almost within 48hrs of speaking to them. Anna contacted me throughout the process, providing me with useful information and advice. Anna was patient, understanding and professional at all times, even ringing me on her day off! Incidentally the flat sold very quickly and we were helped with the negotiating stage, which I had been concerned about. I simply can't see why anyone would spend thousands of pounds when you have a company like Sell My Home who charge a range of reasonable services to sell your home. Give them a go! We certainly will in the future. Heartfelt thanks to SMH and especially to Anna.

Very pleased

I have just moved into my new house. If I had to do it all again I would choose Sell my home again without a doubt. I was rather sceptical when my husband suggested we use them but I have been nothing but impressed. Communication was clear and prompt. The process was very simple, and the online booking system for managing viewings was great as I could say exactly when I was available and got a little info about prospective buyers before each viewing which was really useful.We were looked after by Felix. Very professional, helpful and extremely polite. Communication with Felix was a breeze, on the rare occasion he wasn’t available he would get back to me very quickly via telephone or email. I really felt that Felix always had our best interests in mind (unlike some other estate agent companies who play games!) and was very helpful when our buyer was being a bit difficult, managing it swiftly for us and constantly prompted our buyer to speed things along.We wish Felix and the rest of Sell my home all the best. From the initial first steps to market my Mothers property, I felt a real sense of comfort and assurance this agent was different.From the moment the photographer arrived, the photographs were taken and the 3D house tour completed, I knew I was in good hands.Whilst the journey was long and sometimes difficult, I had the fortunate help of Laura Anderson, who proved committed, dedicated and truly helpful throughout. So many questions go through your mind, often wondering if you have done the right thing....well I can assure you of this estate agent, as I had never any reason to doubt their professionalism or the level of communication along the way.The dashboard really does help you keep tabs on offers, presentation and descriptive text of your property. I used Jonathan to do the viewings, and found him to be very helpful. Essentially this enabled me to continue my working life, without having to worry about taking time off work to attend the viewings. Such a great help!I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Harry for his personal help and support, particularly when Laura returned back to her home in New Zealand. Excellent,the best!

We have just exchanged contracts and the whole process was really easy, our agent was Anna Willis and she was absolutely brilliant, she was available to help and answer any questions and if she was not available (very rarely) a member of the team was always there to help. Anna was really easy to deal with and always did what she said she would do (this is not always the case with estate agents).Anna was really professional and made the whole process of selling our house easy. She answered all calls and emails promptly and was really efficient in all matters.The whole team at Sellmyhome were great and I can't praise them enough. The photos and video of the house were great and done really professionally. I can't believe all of this service was done for such a low price. When I first decided to go with an online agent I had my doubts but I can't recommend them enough, if there were a 10* award I would give it to them. We were so so impressed with our entire experience with Sell My Home. We had three attempts to sell our house with high street estate agents with extremely high fees and we were so disappointed by their service. Sell My Home were an entirely different experience! Everyone that we dealt with was highly professional and friendly, the online system was amazing and the cost was low. We ended up in a very tricky chain with a lot of difficult situations to deal with and the Sell My Home team were absolutely fantastic! They supported us at every step and saw it through to the end. Great purchase experience

We purchased a house listed with SellMyHome. I was a little sceptical after dealings with another agent, but that was totally unfounded. The online portal for offers could do with improvement (eg fields to explain position, specify conditions) and there seemed to be a little confusion with the first people I spoke to, but for negotiation of the offer and all matters up to completion, Anna Willis was superb - organised, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I have no doubt that the whole process would have taken longer and been more painful in the hands of many other agents.

The whole experience was brilliant

I was very worried about selling the house as we had overspent on the renovations and it was critical for us to sell asap. We had never used an online agent before and the cost-benefit was considerable but the priority was to sell ASAP. After a long conversation with the managing director of the company, I decided to give it a go for 4/5 weeks. I must admit I was very apprehensive but it was the best decision I made on the whole project. The first person that saw the house made an offer very close to the asking price and we accepted. Everything went smoothly to completion.The very best thing about Sellmyhome was that everything they advised me turned out to be accurate and my account manager Anna Willis was great at dealing with the day to day issues between me and the buyer. Highly recommend!

Anna Willis was fantastic! She was always available to answer any questions and kept me updated on the process. She listened to any questions or concerns I had and always gave me great advice. She really cared about doing a good job! The photos and virtual tour were excellent quality and really did the house justice. Anna and the team gave me excellent advice on what price to put the house on at and then quickly booked in a number of viewings as they came in. The whole process was managed very efficiently and enabled us to receive an offer within 2 days of putting the house on the market! Sellmyhome was incredible value for money and there were no hidden additional charges. I couldn’t ask for anything more from them. I highly recommend their service!

Fantastic all round business, team, service and price!

We would like to thank Anna, our account manager, for her service and support during our recent sale. She did a fantastic job, which resulted in, over 10 offers and us achieving £15k over our asking price and completion in just 6 weeks! We listed our property just before Christmas and had accepted an offer, thanks to the online booking/viewing system which allowed us to schedule viewings at a convenient time for us, all before the high street estate agents had even returned from their Christmas/new year annual leave.Anna liaised with our buyer, who also had nothing but praise, to ensure the process kept moving and we met our target move date. She was easily contactable via phone, text and email throughout and when she was out of office we were able to speak to someone who picked up her work in her absence, which was very refreshing.We have nothing but praise for the sell my home team, their product and pricing. We have already recommended Sell My Home to half a dozen friends and will never consider using a high street agent again!
