GoogleHighly recommended. Jordan Caskie was our contact throughout the 3-4 months' we were looking for a rental property. In that time, he was unfailing in trying to understand our needs & requirements, always proposing properties that ensured our time doing viewings wasn't wasted. Whenever we sought advice or to discuss ideas, new neighbourhoods, etc, he was always available to talk - and was gracious & patient in doing repeated viewings of the same properties. Estate agents generally tend to be a source of irritation. Jordan proved to be the exception to the rule, and we would highly recommend him to anyone considering a property search and indeed, looking for solid, trusted service. A+

GoogleExcellent outcome. Selling my flat after a very long time and as a slightly older person was daunting. But Savills provided an excellent service and were always available and helpful. I found Adam Camplin very professional but also friendly, and he obtained an excellent sale for me in super quick time. He also sorted hitches on completion day (which were my fault) without fuss. Very happy my choice of agent.

GoogleIt is refreshing to deal with the Northcote Road Office in general, but especially because the team always responds to queries quickly and offer guidance when needed. Both the Admin and Property Management sides have been willing to help prepare the property, procure Safety certificates, amend reports, customize contracts to suit and offer practical solutions to any issues which have arisen. They are always willing to "pop around and check on things" and this does provide peace of mind that the property is in good hands.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMy 5th time buying a property in the UK and was extremely pleased with the support of this Savills team and possibly best support to date. Primarily dealing with Beth I found that she was very considerate of our requirements and was able to direct us to the exact property that fulfilled our needs. Always prompt and courteous in response and very efficient in dealing with the post offer accepted stage and keeping the wheels moving on all sides. When upsizing time comes I'll be back to Savills as my first stop.
