We initially had another Savills agent at the beginning who abruptly left without telling us, however Seb immediately jumped in and helped us every step of the way until we moved in. Seb was very knowledgeable of the property (even to the point of directly explaining how the roof terrace would be built if we wanted to proceed with the planning permission), professional and very friendly! He kept us updated all the time and always went the extra mile when we were both really worried about anything and everything before exchanging. It was really refreshing that you could tell he genuinely cared about us having the best experience possible. He even came to the office before he was supposed to start work on a Friday so we could collect our keys (quite literally) first thing in the morning. I honestly could not recommend Seb enough - we will definitely be returning to Savills and asking for him again when we come to sell in a few years time! Thank you so much!!!

As a first time buyer my experience with Seb was excellent. Not only did he help with guiding me through the process of buying a flat, as someone who was quite frankly clueless, but he always kept me in the loop, chasing solicitors where required and making sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
