GoogleThank you very much for all your efforts in helping us to complete on our recent purchase! I really enjoyed working with Josh Holder, I thought he was fantastic from the first meeting forwards. He facilitated multiple visits to the property, kept in touch fantastically, was dynamic in ensuring that everything that needed to happen, happened, and that the process moved forwards! He somehow managed to walk a very fine line between keeping the sellers happy while not rushing us as buyers and that was very much appreciated. I appreciated Josh's honesty and straight-forwardness, sadly traits that are not as frequently found in an industry based around buying and selling as you would like them to be! I would thoroughly recommend working with Josh - and by extension the Savills team - though my experience was limited to him and his very immediate colleagues Harriet and Giles. I can honestly not think of anything more I would look for in an agent. All the Best to you and your colleagues, and thanks once again.

GoogleJames (the Sales Director) recently did a valuation (including a comprehensive report) for me and he was so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - as a result of the fantastic experience and high level of customer service I will be instructing Savills should I decide to put my property on the market. It's very rare to find an estate agent who you can have total trust and faith in but Savills Hampstead definitely impress! 10/10 Highly Recommended.

GoogleI worked with several agencies to locate a suitable flat in Hampstead and by far was most impressed by Savills, particularly with their agent Robert Lerner. Robert was extremely communicative, remains so now even though lease has been signed and I've moved in. Very professional, and I have the sense Robert represents Savills in general. I will turn to them first when I next move.

GoogleWe were on the market to buy for a long time, and an agent from Savills showed us the flat we ended up buying. To make a long story short, here is why these clowns deserve 2 stars: 1. Ignorant agent did not know the ins and outs of the property. She ended up mistepresenting lease terms which ended up being very unfavourable. Also rushed us through the viewing and pushed for a response on the spot. 2. They failed to warn us that there would be no reception at all in the property 3. Tardy, not replying to emails. This was pre-sale. Post-sale: 1. I was pretty much forced into signing a doc that absolved them from any post-sale responsibility. 'I can't leave you with the keys unless I have a signature I'm afraid' on the day of handover. 2. Issues with the property outlined were never followed up 3. We have just spent £750k on a flat with a broken ensuite shower mixer, unstained solid wood countertops and a bath panel that is falling off one week after moving in. And this is a new development. 4. The sales manager James and his associate, Liz/Lisa/Eliza/Lizzy refuse to answer emails or return calls. So so unprofessional. Considering seeking legal counsel and launching a formal complaint. Be very aware of what you are getting yourself into with these clowns.

Victoria Ansell at Savills found not one but two properties that matched my request and was notable for being the only agent/agency that did so. I also very much appreciated how non-pushy, helpful and friendly she has been. Recommend highly!

GoogleRobert Lerner of Savills came to our rescue. Extremely professional and was always on the ball. After a prolonged engagement with other agents, Robert sorted our predicament out within a week. Robert never bombarded us with properties that were not on brief and kept us informed throughout the search. Robert is our one stop shop from now on. Top drawer.
