Couldn’t recommend the Savills Hampstead team and Roisin O’Neill highly enough. Our home purchase required a lot of back and forth with the seller/solicitors which Roisin handled very professionally. Roisin was also very accommodating of our requests to view the property more than a few times before making a final decision. Her area and property knowledge was very appreciated as well as her willingness to share contacts to help enhance the property. When we put our house on the market we contacted several estate agents. When James Diaper and Daniel Omell from Savills Hampstead came to the house we were immediately impressed by their enthusiasm and their appreciation of small details that we had lovingly added to our house over many years. We had no doubt that we had chosen the right estate agents. James was always contactable and very easy to talk to and he helped us with the initial stages. The sale of the house was in the hands of Harriet Davies and she is a remarkably nice person who not only patiently showed the various prospective buyers our house but immediately reported back on how the viewings had gone. Harriet's perseverance has led to an exchange of contracts and we have found a buyer through Savills that is exactly the kind of person we would have wanted to carry on with the new history of our house. We can highly recommend the team at Savills from Hebe who wrote a wonderful description of the house to James and Daniel who made first contact and special thanks to the wonderful Harriet Davies.

I had a great experience purchasing my flat with the Savills team. Harriet helped me find the flat of my dreams, her positive can do attitude went a long way in reassuring I would get the flat. Harriet was patient with me and was happy to revisit the flat on multiple occasions throughout. I was constantly kept in the loop and she was quick to respond to any queries I had, I felt Harriet's proactive approach helped ease my anxiety during the whole negotiation process. Paige Ford was amazing from beginning to end helping my partner and I find our perfect first proper flat together. She listened, advised and really made the effort to find us what we wanted. I rarely write reviews but on this occasion really wanted to share my experience. I have just bought my new home through Savills Hampstead and Harriet their selling agent really did go above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through with the minimum of stress. She chased up a document that was holding up exchange and then hand delivered it so we could all move forward. When I went to pick up the keys I was handed a massive box "the Savills survival box"! It was unexpected but very welcome containing everything I could need from loo roll to herbal tea! I can not recommend them highly enough whether buying or selling. Thanks Harriet!

I cannot say enough about the service and attention I received from Paige at Savills. Paige helped me find my first flat in London two years ago. When I stopped back in the office recently, she greeted me like an old friend. I needed to decide whether to stay put and renew or find a new place with a few more amenities.
