GoogleWe unexpectedly had to leave our current property and knew just where to go in this very stressful situation. Paige from Savillโs immediate calmed my nerves and helped to destress the situation. She immediately jumped to action and found us many great properties to choose from in a postcode with very little inventory. Once we had found a property she was always available for questions and to take me through the propert to help with furniture placement and measurements before our move. I can not recommend her enough.

GoogleWe went through a lengthy process with our house, first preparing the sale, then deciding to delay over Xmas due to both the time of year and the state of the economy, finally securing a sale at the asking price. Then the buyers requested a 3 1/2 month delay to secure finance. Everything has worked out, and all along the long road of around 37 appointments and all the setbacks the entire team supported the project with enthusiasm, patience and understanding. Despite a most unfavourable time we got a decent deal. No hesitation in recommending this office.

GoogleI just wanted to say that by far Paige Ford MARLA is the best! She was so thorough and genuinely such a lovely person! I was nervous about the whole process and put my mind at ease instantly as she expressed so much knowledge about the area and made every step of the way flow just right! She was very inclusive and with detail was able to answer all of my questions at every point! I highly recommend her and all the staff here. Ali was also very helpful! They really put your mind at ease. Know that you are in good hands with trustworthy efficient staff.

GoogleOur experience of Savills, Hampstead, is wholly positive. We had spent many frustrating months with a different Estate Agent before deciding to go to the top. We ran our own beauty parade of three major firms, and the Hampstead office of Savills came across the best. Their team were on top of our needs straight away. Their assessment of our house was prompt and exact. Within days they identified two potential purchasers from clients already on their books, and the second of these moved swiftly to a good offer and exchange of contracts. We have achieved a good price and (a welcome extra) goodwill with our buyers. The Savills team were excellent all through, but we would particularly like to single out Harriet Davies, who was our main contact. She showed the perfect combination of energy, charm and commitment for which we are very grateful.

GoogleBianca Zuccotto handled our flat sale. It was a particularly tedious process with constant and protracted delays which were not the fault of Savills. Bianca handled the process extremely professionally and never lost her cool and remained client friendly and affable. Her approach made a difficult process manageable.

GoogleAfter having viewed property with other agents on the high street we decided to go into Savills, as when we had previously popped into their offices for a general enquiry, we felt they looked incredibly professional and came across most helpful. We had the fortune of being introduced to Yusuf and he could see that we were quite keen and worried about finding a suitable home as soon as possible. He immediately got himself on the phone and thought of a potential Client & Property who would be the perfect match for our requirements. We were so impressed by his efficiency that we felt we were in very good hands. Within 2 days Yusuf got us a viewing and a flat which was ready to move into as soon as possible. Since that time, we have had no problems and if we ever have any housekeeping issues, he has always been there with a reassuring smile and been most efficient in sorting things out for us quickly & smoothly in just a few calls. Thank you Yusuf you are an asset to your team, credit to your leader and Thank you Savills.

GoogleMy family and I have had an excellent experience with Savills in Hampstead for many years both on the selling and on the rental side of the business. In 2016 Peter Brookes was successful in finding a buyer for our Hampstead home of 41 years and more recently Ed Hunt and Ruth Aymer have overseen a new tenancy for a Hampstead garden flat. All three of them and indeed everyone we have dealt with in the Hampstead office (and this includes Julie on the front desk) have been highly professional and most thoughtful at all times. We would definitely recommend Savills as a first class organisation which you can consistently trust to do an excellent job for its clients.
