GoogleMy wife and I recently rented a flat through Savills Shoreditch. We worked closely with Wes, who was absolutely fantastic. He was understanding, professional and helped us with each step of the process. We saw a lot of flats, but our experience working with Wes was by far the most positive. Thanks so much.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI had a fantastic experience working with Savills Shoreditch Estate Agents. From the moment I reached out to them, the process was incredibly fast and efficient. They provided all the necessary details and guidance I needed to successfully rent an apartment. Max, the agent I had the pleasure of working with, was truly exceptional. His professional skills were evident in every step of the process, and he made the whole experience a breeze. What stood out the most was Max's friendly and engaging approach; he was genuinely involved in helping me find the perfect place to call home. I can't thank Savills enough for their outstanding service, and I'm thrilled with my new apartment. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient estate agency in Shoreditch, I highly recommend giving Savills a try. They've made the whole rental process a positive and stress-free experience.

GoogleGavin Kennedy was the lead on the sale of my flat and thanks to him the sale was quick, the process went smoothly and a great success. Gavin was professional, easy to work with and so conscientious - he stayed closely involved through the whole process, even when on holiday !! I would highly recommend Gavin and his colleagues.

GoogleEstate Agencies are ultimately a people business, as well as being a particular strand of sales plagued with a general lack of effort, false promises and puffery. In my case however, I was lucky enough to deal with the fantastic Marco at Savills Shoreditch who embodies the notion of ‘going the extra mile’ perfectly, while always maintaining a level of down to earth straight-talking honesty - both on the side of the seller, and from what I can tell, the side of the buyer too. No property sale is ever smooth sailing from start to finish and no more so than during a period of a less buoyant property market. I felt that the pressure of all this was eased no end by Marco’s brilliant, persistent and patient navigation and support throughout the process, resulting in the successful sale of my property to a happy buyer. I’d give more stars if I could - very highly recommended indeed. Grazie mille Marco.

GoogleI've met a lot of estate agents over the years and I highly recommend Gavin, Elliot and Nicole from Savills in Shoreditch. Bright and polite with more class and charm than all the other local estate agents I interviewed. They did a fantastic job selling my flat on City Road and I would definitely use them again.

GoogleWes was a huge help when we were flat hunting in September. The market is extremely difficult at the moment but Wes was still able to show us plenty of properties and helped us get an offer accepted. Cheers Wes!

GoogleTo sum up, Gavin was amazing! He turned what can be a painful process (moving house) into something that ran as smoothly as it could. He helped with issues from the solicitors and was always on hand to answer my many (and probably annoying!) questions. I couldn't recommend him enough...thank you Gavin!

GoogleI sold an apartment through Savills Shoreditch recently. Nikolay Yankov had done a fantastic job both in terms of getting a good offer as well as managing the process to get the sale completed in a timely manner. The buyer had been very demanding and Nikolay had managed the process well and the sale would not have gone through at all or in such a timely manner without his professional and diligent approach.

Ultimately, Gavin played a big part in helping to get it across the line. Really great guy. Couldn't recommend him highly enoughPositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI highly do not recommend taking this agency for your rental, because: 1/ Some of their workers are VERY EXTREMELY RUDE and take their sweetest time to reply to mails. 2/ They will give you the STUPIDEST excuses that they cannot reach the landlords. 3/ They will keep you without a precise response. 4/ They will not allow you to break your contract.
