GoogleI last moved nearly 7 years ago and this is my first move into a concierged building, so naturally I had a lot of questions! Josh Murphy has been great throughout, responding promptly to every query and even attending the property in person to ensure the pre‑tenancy works are completed as expected. I’m now really excited to move into my new place in just a few days. Highly recommend, thanks Josh!

GoogleOur property manager Henry was so helpful when I needed a new key cut. Even though the process of acquiring one was difficult, he made sure he communicated with me the whole time which made the situation a lot less stressful. He even made himself available on the weekend to contact him if I needed help. Really good job!

GoogleI just wanted to thank Tristan for doing what a real professional should. He was able to answer questions about the end of a tenancy agreement with very helpful insight and recommendations regarding the process. This was all in relation to a property that he was not personally managing and was very generous and polite with his time. This has not been my experience at all times with Savills but I believe a lot of the issues might be down to the landlords that they represent. If you're renting, I'd recommend asking for this gentleman when looking for a property.

Between the point that the offer was accepted to moving in, he was always available to assist with any queries that arose at any point in time and was quick to ensure the process was carried out in a timely manner, which immensely helped reduce some of the unnecessary stresses that relocations tend to bring.

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Savills and, in particular, Tom Willing for an excellent purchasing experience. The purchase was far from simple even for a seasoned solicitor like myself. Tom provided a professional interface, was quick to react to issues and kept the deal on track to the end. If the transaction at times felt like Pandora's box had been opened Tom was the dove with an olive branch. I honestly believe that without his hard work in resolving issues the deal would have fallen apart. Well done him. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and Savills.
