I was relocating from Canada while looking for a flat, and Josh was very patient and thorough with me on how the process would work, what would be required, and he really made the process so much less stressful with all of his assistance.

GoogleLeon Murray at Savills Shoreditch was great to work with. Leon was attentive and answered emails quickly and with sound guidance. Leon worked for me on the ground as I couldn't be onsite to preview the flat and process documents. Leon is really knowledgeable about the market and area in general. He was a pleasure to work with and overall, this was a great experience.

Our agent Gavin really made the difference for our purchase - he has really facilitated the communication bewteen us and the seller and in the end we managed to move in with no delays. GoogleI’ve just bought my flat through Savills and I wanted to say how wonderful they were to work with. As a first time buyer I was at times overwhelmed and nervous, however Gavin Kennedy was incredible and guided my through the process. Gavin was honest and professional from the very start and kept me up to date throughout the process. Shuhana was also very helpful and always on hand to pass any message on or help where she could in Gavin’s absence. Lovely team and would highly recommend!

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with all the staff at Savills Soreditch where our main contact was Nicole. They were brilliant from start to finish. They advised setting the price at a level which was both satisfactorily high for us but also realistic so we had a good footfall of potential purchasers. The photos and sales information presented the flat in the best possible light. We were very happy with the number of offers, the quality of our purchaser and the price achieved. The sales process turned out not to be easy (various problems with the lease) and Nicole and her team were always proactive in solving the problems and bringing the sale to the finish line. All in all, if I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would!

GoogleWe could not recommend Savills Shoreditch more highly. Nicole and Gavin were excellent the entire way through the process. They excelled on every customer service level imaginable and delivered us the price that we wanted. We are well aware that our Shoreditch flat was far from the most expensive real estate on their books, yet they treated our sale with the highest of importance. And to complicate things, we live in Sydney, but this presented no problem for Savills and they managed to make it feel like they were just around the corner from us. Well done Savills - I would use you again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making the whole experience a great one.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Savills Shoreditch and particularly with leasing agent Max Akers-Douglas. Max as very knowledgable, professional and communicative through out the whole process. I'm from Los Angeles and this was my first time renting in London. He walk me through the entire process from the showing to putting in an offer to completing my tenancy agreement. I really appreciated all the time and effort he put into making this process easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond. I would 100% work with Max again.

GoogleGavin was excellent to deal with throughout our purchase, but after the sale was completed Savills signed us up to their email marketing without permission, used our address in their flyer drops to get people to sell their houses (which they even delivered to us) and just became a general nuisance.
