GoogleThe staff are unprofessional shouting on the phone and don't let people talk, they need to be trained better. The expectations for rent they are unrealistic they ask for 105.000 £ salary combined for the people rent a 3 bed property. When my husband call they ask for 90.000£ .

GoogleExcellent service from very diligent and professional staff, especially Maria. For landlords like ourselves, who unfortunately are no longer local so can't just pop in to discuss any issues, this quality of service is very important, necessary and reassuring.

GoogleI was very impressed with the service I was provided by Peter James on the few occasions when we met. He was incredibly insightful and helpful in finding me and my fiancee a property within London. He was contactable at anytime during the week and weekends which was a great service as I work long hours during the week. He is a great ambassador to Samuel's estate agents and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to rent a property in London.
