GoogleThis was the smoothest experience I've had moving to a new flat. Daniel was really helpful and very accommodating when we tried to arrange a second viewing. He was very responsive to emails which I really appreciated, and unlike other agencies I was not harassed with lots of phone calls! GooglePoor experience. Enquired about a rental property. Chased for over a week, received one response and despite chasing multiple times since I received no answer. Wouldn’t recommend letting your property with this company and they won’t be chasing leads. Poor from Amanda and Stefano. Will be avoiding this company in the future.

GoogleHad a very straight forward process with SE. Our rental offer was almost immediately accepted and had the same speed for referencing. Dan and Bilal were very warm, patient, clear and efficient, in person and over e-mail comms. Look forward to being in our new home.

GoogleI can highly recommend the amazing team at Samuel Estates, who have looked after letting my property for the last 8 years. From the brilliant Jade Moeller - Property Manager, to Ryan and Daniel who look after Lettings, all are thoroughly excellent in what they do - super professional and friendly with it. For me, it is so important to have a team you trust and who are working not only for the good of your property, but of the tenant/s too. Samuel Estates are that team!

Awful agent to have from a tenant's perspective. Tried to charge unlawful early termination fees, as well as the typical (potentially fraudulent) charges for unnecessary professional cleaning that wasn't done. They let our landlord remove the shower a few months into our tenancy and refuse to replace it, with no reduction in rent. Parasites.

Samuel Estates are an amazing firm both from a property rental and sales perspective. GoogleNothing but positives for me. As a tenant, they were always hyper-responsive to issues and made sure that they were fixed quickly and properly (not that issues arose very often with the property because it was well managed). When the time came to buy the property, they were nothing less than superb in keeping the seller advised of what I was doing, and keeping me advised of how things were proceeding from their side. I know that private managing agents often get bad publicity, but I can say without any hesitation that I would heartily recommend Samuel Estates, both as a tenant and as a leaseholder.
