The process was not straightforward but Ray coped with every twist and turn, always ready with useful advice and insights from his many years of experience. He has an understanding of his clients’ needs and great local knowledge to help them, and is very professional as well as friendly. He doesn’t rest until both parties to a transaction are satisfied. GoogleSelling my house has been a very difficult, emotional experience after being widowed and no estate agent could have handled it better than Ray Upcraft at Russell Collins. He was sympathetic and sensitive but also wonderful at all the practical details, guiding me each step of the way so I didn't put a foot wrong. He went the extra mile too: recommending superb tradespeople, advising me with my onward flat purchase and generally being a great support. Ray has a superb reputation from 37 years working in this area and he deserves every word of praise. Not everyone cares as much about their work as he does and he surrounds himself with a great, supportive team (Leo and Mandy, you are great too!). Thank you for making a hard time so much easier.

GoogleI bought my house from Ray, sold my house with Ray and in the meantime rented it out via Dean. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only do both of them know their area inside out, Ray and Dean are a pleasure to deal with. Both are happy to help and provide advice all the time. I would not use anyone else in that area.

Honest and straightforward with advice you can rely on. They're also very responsive and easy to get hold of. Would definitely recommend for any property sales and if you are purchasing a property marketed by them then you're in safe hands.

I appreciate that their client is the seller but the reassuring way in which they just helped a potentially disastrous situation turn in to a "yes we can make this work for everybody" was a true Godsend! GoogleBest in class local estate agents with an excellent knowledge of the area that online agents can never ever match. They have turned around a rather difficult sale and managed the whole process quite efficiently with frequent communication. They have also allowed us to view the property multiple times as we had to do rigorous planning and buy everything new in advance. Five stars to Ray and Mandy !!

Dear Zsolt, We are sorry that your application for this property was not successful. The landlord was willing to accept you even though the property had not been openly marketed, but he was not happy with the progress made (delay in paying a holding deposit for example) and therefore instructed us to list the flat on-line. He then accepted another offer. I’m sorry if you think this is our fault, but the decision came from the landlord, not from us. I hope you managed to find another property.
