I had recently bought a property via Russell Collins. I had an excellent interaction with Jess and Ray, who gave me a lot of useful advice and support throughout the buying process. They explained the process clearly which is really helpful to me as a first time buyer. They had a very in-depth understanding about the market and local area. They gave prompt reply and always there for advice and guidance. There was a small hiccup during process but the team reacted quickly and gave a perfect solution to both buyers and sellers. After completion the team also provided me some great supports, which I believe you wouldn’t get such service in other estate agencies. Thanks Jess and Ray! it was my pleasure working with you and I would definitely recommend Russell Collins to everyone.

We have known Ray of Russell Collins for about 9 years. We bought our house and then sold it again 8 years later with Russell Collins and Ray dealt with both transactions. We decided to use Russell Collins again as our first experience was positive and we wanted to use a local agent. If I could give a 100 star review I would. Exceptional Service from start to finish. After loosing my mum a few years ago we had to sell my mothers home and Ray came over to get my home on the market. I really liked him from that first meeting. Friendly, Kind and very professional. After a horrible year of delays and paperwork issues we got there in the end and the personal service this beautiful human offered us was beyond amazing! He has become a friend to my family now and he took my awful situation personally and helped me find a rental in one week after selling my home he saved me honestly and im beyond grateful. He took me and our situation on like I was a family member and without Ray and Dean and the girls I don't know what would have happened to us as no other estate agent in Ealing would help me or ever called me back when I was looking for help I was very frustrated. I saw a few flats with other estate agents in Ealing and they were awful and extremely unprofessional, grunting, rolling eyes and didn't want to be there obviously and really just did not give a care in the world. I don't know how there all still in business to be honest with you! My advice to anyone who sees this review use Russell Collins Estate agents you will not be disappointed. I could literally leave a 10 page essay with all he reasons you should use this company to buy sell or rent. To Ray, Dean, Mandy, Paula and everyone else at Russell Collins Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for everything you are amazing! We bought a house being sold by this estate agent. They were very knowledgeable about the house and area. They gave us plenty of space to see what we wanted without any pushy sales stuff. I highly recommend Ray Upcraft from Russell Collins. I have bought a house through Ray and I have also sold a house through Ray (from abroad) and I couldn't speak more highly about him. Ray is an expert in his field and helped guide me through every step of my sale, including buying the Freehold. Given I was living abroad for the sale, Ray had to go above and beyond with regards arranging house for viewings etc and he kept me looped in through the whole process. After almost one year of house search, finally we made it! We knew what we were looking for: type of house, location and budget. We approached all the different estate agencies in the area, but we felt Russell Collins was the only agency that has the full grip of the house market in the South Ealing and Northfields area.
