Mohsin and Tan were extremely helpful, keeping us well informed throughout the process, quickly addressing any issues or queries we had, and helping arrange a deal that all parties were happy with, rather than just creating bidding wars and driving prices up. Much better than your typical estate agent!

I recently dealt with Mohsin from Rosewood Estates in finding a property to rent in London. Mohsin was so accommodating, he always had time to speak to me about my queries and concerns. Moving across the country to London is undoubtedly more difficult and Rosewood Estates were supportive every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use Rosewood Estates with any future house-hunting!

GoogleTan was great - really informative about the neighbourhood and the flat. My partner and I really appreciated his natural and chilled approach as he wasn't forceful or pressurising for an answer right there on the spot which we found with all other estate agents we had arranged viewings with. Really friendly guy and managed to get us an offer on a flat well below the asking price.

He was very approachable and understanding our situation as a newly graduated couple, making us feel welcome and validate upon the view. Then throughout the paperwork process his well timed check ins were super helpful. Generally the process with Rosewood was very helpful and supportive throughout and I would recommend looking to the properties they represent.

I left then my details and requirements when I started to look for new place and within 10 days I was sorted with ideal place and right on budget. Fees were very good as well compare to other agent on market. Definitely would recommend to everyone

GoogleVery poor altogether. Fine when getting a place, and then they feel their job is done after that. Because our landlord was also not very helpful, they also decided not to be. Particularly at the end of our tenancy, where they really pushed us out. Took them forever to actually find someone else due to the quality of the place, and 0 help in actually helping in getting deposits back. Moshin and Ope in particular difficult to deal with, and only really looking after themselves.

GoogleHad the worst year of my life living in a house managed by Rosewood. Not only was the house itself literally falling to pieces, the garden kept flooding with sewage and every complaint we made took days to be responded to. I have never felt so ignored or disrespected in my entire life as a tenant and I would encourage anyone looking to rent in London to find another agency. If it was a choice between Rosewood and war torn Kiev, I’d move to Kiev tomorrow
