GoogleMohsin and the team at Rosewood Estates have been extremely helpful and courteous when helping myself and a friend secure a new flat. They're a breath of fresh air compared with the typical experience of dealing with Estate Agents, highly recommended.

TrustpilotGreat experience
Great experience, especially from Mohsin (sales agent) who assisted us in both renting and completing our flat purchase.

TrustpilotExcellent agency
Excellent agency, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were very helpful during the application process and throughout our tenancy. My experience with the landlord was particularly difficult and Rosewood was there to offer help every step of the way. Despite them having no obligation to help as they were not managing the property, every time an issue occurred and I was unable to get in touch with my landlord, they were always available and solved a lot of issues that otherwise could have been very problematic and expensive. Overall a great agency and highly recommend

TrustpilotPurely a shameless agent!!!
Purely a shameless agent! I wish I could rate less! If you are the landlord you need to be careful because they would try to take away your rental income by various tricks and trap you into a service costing 15 times of what it really worth! If you are the tenant, you need to be highly vigilant because they are so good at poisoning your relationship with landlord and even trick you to pay rent to them instead of landlord leaving you ultimately being evicted, sarcastically they call it their duty of care! Full facts and evidenced to back the above review!

GoogleCan’t recommend Rosewood Estates enough! I had a virtual viewing over Whatsapp video call where Tan took me round my now let agreed property. He was super professional, personable and helpful. The whole process of signing for the property was quick and easy. The agency is small and has a real personal touch with no pressure or hard sales - very refreshing! I will definitely keep in touch should I be in the market for a property in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotBad service, lies no control. Cannot make decisions. Cheap properties complex referencing.
Very bad service. Painful referencing process and when you pass still go back to the basic and let the landlord decide on cynical and scrutinised decisions. Total waist of time. They say they manage the property but it’s a lie. They are only Intoducer. Cheap properties laminate floor landlord from Pakistan, africa and India . Never deal with this agency.

GoogleUnbelievably exceptional service, we are new in London and were in contact with Allayen Leong Tan and it was totally a fantastic experience in renting the property. the description and pricing and responsiveness in communication was amazing. The process went super smooth and without any hickup. Allayen Leong Tan supported even after we moved in sorting up things like bills communication with landlord etc. Experience could have never been better. :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe arranged a viewing through this letting agency under a week ago, and were appointed Mohsin as our point of contact. He was very friendly and helpful when showing us around the property, answering any questions we had, but really went above and beyond with regards to helping us with any questions we had over the holdings deposit form, and how to go about filling this in and getting the ball rolling - all out of hours! With his help, we managed to secure the property we wanted. Many thanks again, Mohsin!

GoogleA fantastic Estate Agents who did everything to make our move as easy and comfortable as possible. They have been great throughout our tenancy and also respond in a timely fashion to our queries they also have a great relationship with out landlord which has made our tenancy easy. We have had many problems in the past with unreliable and badly run estate agents so its a breath of fresh air dealing with Rosewood. I've already reccomended them to friends and family.
