GoogleI would highly recommend Rosewood Estates. They are very prompt and helpful, right from start to end of tenancy they really offer hassle free services. We had some major issues in our apartment(nothing to do with rental agency or the owner, it was just due to natural calamity), Tan was very prompt in responding, liasing with the owner and building management. All I could say is even after renting the apartment they are just a phone call away and very accomadating

GoogleI have had two experiences with Rosewood Estates this year. I've found them to be very helpful and efficient on both occasions. Mohsin is absolutely a credit to the company, he has communicated clearly and consistently, he has been highly professional, friendly and kind. He really went above and beyond for my partner and myself. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with an agency before and would be glad to use Rosewood in the future. I'd like to say a special thanks to Mohsin for absolutely everything, your a star!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleOur landlord from our previous rented flat in Putney hired Rosewood estates to look after the flat towards the end of our tenancy. It was a pretty smooth closing process with them. Allayen was really helpful and has been open to help even after 9 months after we have moved out of the property! Would recommend. Cheers!

GoogleReally professional agency with excellent agent. Tan is the agent who takes care of my case. He is super professional and knowledgeable in real estate. He provides a variety of choices and advice for all of my request in a timely fashion, even during his off duty hours he responds to my request. He helps maximize the value of my money. It’s hard to find an agent as trustworthy and experienced as Tan is. Based on my personal experience, I definitely would recommend Tan as the real estate agent to my friends.

GoogleRenting an apartment in London is not easy. Especially when you are from abroad, like me. Rosewood Estates helped me understand the difference between renting in the USA and the UK. Throughout the process, they gave me advice and explained everything I needed to know about my letting. Tan was one of the best agents I have dealt with (and I have had many!). He was incredibly positive, knowledgeable, pro-active, helpful and warm throughout the process. Him and his professional staff bridged the gap between the landlord and tenant seamlessly. The team also walked me through all the paperwork related to my tenancy, which helped me move in quickly and settle into my new home. I would highly recommend Rosewood Estates. I won’t use anyone else!

GoogleRosewood Estates is easily the best Estate Agent I have ever worked with! Our agent Mohsin was very professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. (He even answered my questions outside working hours) Renting a flat in London is very hard if you are an international student. However with Rosewood Estates the whole process went very smoothly. They made us feel very valued and did everything possible to get our move done quickly. They always put our interests first whilst negotiating with the landlord. Huge thanks to the Rosewood Estates team, specially to Mohsin!

Googlestaff looking down at you when you explain you are part dss. pretend to call you back but never did. don't answer your email and just lie. making people feel worthless. disgusting behaviour In response to you : Sarah sweetie is not my full name lol. I called regarding Flats in fulham ( eiyher northern rd or fulham road top floor near northern rd) and the agent was lying on the fact he will call me later after telling him I was working but part dss, so please don't pretand you take it seriously, we need guarantor and at least 6 months upfront which make it impossible for people like me to rent even with immaculate reference! Many estate agents are exactly the same! It is not a false review it is my own experience!NegativeProfessionalism
Dear Sarah, We have searched your name in our system and cannot find your details. The most recent Sarah to register with us was in Q3, 2020. We take your comments seriously regarding part DSS applicants, or any applicant in need of financial assistance. To note, Rosewood Estates have executed two recent tenancies (within 2021) in SW15 and SW6 to applicants receiving financial aid, so we believe your comments to be incorrect and an unfair representation of our company. We appreciate you may have the wrong agency. Based on the above, we will report this to Google as a false review.

GoogleI would definitely recommend Allayen and Maureen (Rosewood Estates) to let out your property. They are very efficient, honest (which should be a normal thing but when you have used the usual letting agencies on the High Street who will only be interested in you until such time that they have collected their commission) and you will truly appreciate their honest feedback even if it may differ from your opinion, because in the long run, they have many years of experience in this industry and they pride themselves on their reputation. Initially, before my flat was let, an unexpected situation arose at the flat which i did not expect on a Friday afternoon. At that time, even though until then I dealt only with Allayen, without going into too much details, Maureen in his absence due to leave was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in terms of going the extra mile to ensure that everything was ready for the Saturday morning. I could not praise her anymore, and given that we never spoke to each other prior to that date, since I only dealt with Allayen up to that point, this is something that is extremely rare if not, then non-existent in the Lettings industry where Agents are so consumed with their commission only and not going the extra mile. As for Allayen, who previously managed my flat whilst I was abroad for most of the time previously, I only have words of praise. I had fewer issues with Allayen managing my flat over a two year period whilst I was abroad, compared to a famous High Street Letting Agent who let my flat for three months whilst I was in the UK. So in summary, my advice to fellow Landlords in general, is to stay away from High Street Letting Agencies who bamboozle you with their brochures and empty promises, and give opportunities to boutique letting agents such as Rosewood for all the reasons I have mentioned above. Thank you

GoogleMy partner and I recently rented a property through Rosewood Estates and are super happy with our experience. Sameer was really professional and helpful throughout the process - from arranging two viewings to make sure we were comfortable making an offer to checking in on us once we had moved in. GoogleWe've had a great experience with Rosewood Estates (and especially our agent - Tan). They fought for us to get the property we really had set our hearts on and made the whole process stress-free. Tan was professional, friendly and really worked hard for us (even answering phone calls out of hours). They're always there to answer questions about our new property and we would not hesitate about working with them again in the future.

GoogleAll the process with Rosewood Estates was fantastic, easy and smooth. Very communicative at all times. Allayen is a great and professional person and deal with everything very quick and on time. He didn't charge me an extra fee for getting into the property sooner. I highly recommended! Also I had some problems with the landlord regarding the deposit and he was very helpful with the process and make it happen.

GoogleI would highly recommend Rosewood Properties, Allayen went above and beyond to help me let my property. He's knowledgeable, professional and trust worthy. They help to give a personalised service which is tailored to your individual needs, which is difficult to get from the other corporate organisations I previously dealt with. I will definitely be using Allayen and Rosewood to help with other properties! Thanks guys!

GoogleI recently dealt with Mohsin from Rosewood Estates in finding a property to rent in London. Mohsin was so accommodating, he always had time to speak to me about my queries and concerns. Moving across the country to London is undoubtedly more difficult and Rosewood Estates were supportive every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use Rosewood Estates with any future house-hunting!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI viewed 12 properties in three days and Rosewood Estates agent Mohsin was one of the few who arrived before our appointment time. He helped me rent the very first flat (in my life!) by guiding me through unfamiliar procedures and explaining patiently the charges and terms which were new to me. He was also quick in responses to my emails. I felt very secure throughout the could-be daunting renting experience!
