GoogleMade an appointment with getagents then received no confirmation from the branch even after emailing. When i called they declared that they weren't interested in coming to the property but didn't even think to contact me to let me know. Ridiculous!
Agent replied
Dear Ms Romer, I am sorry you felt that the service received from ‘Getagent’ was not satisfactory. I would point out that whilst ‘Getagent’ do refer business to Robinson Jackson, that they are not part of our company. ‘Getagent’ were informed of the situation and should not have made an appointment for you. Please accept my apologies for this situation arising via a third party.

GoogleI was very impressed with all the staff at Robinson & Jackson. My property purchase was quite an awkward one in that the vendors sold the property before getting their affairs in order so the experience was extremely protracted and frustrating. The Robinson & Jackson guys kept me updated every step of the way and did all they could to move the process along and made a very frustrating sale bearable. Thanks guys.

GoogleAfter enduring the excruciating disappointment of having a sale fall though after 7 months of waiting with a different estate agents and solicitor, it has been an absolute pleasure having the team at Robinson Jackson see me through the second attempt! Fast, efficient & knowledgeable. Absolutely thrilled to pick up my keys from Hazel. Thank you all so much!
