GoogleFabulous estate agents. Every single person (Luke, Will, Darren, Spencer and Hazel) I met or had dealings with at the branch were professional, sympathetic, patient, helpful but most of all kind. Moving is a stressful business for all concerned. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough..........

GoogleWhat an unprofessional, heartbreaking experience. I received my contact to sign today on my purchase, one day after my buyers decided to pull out of the sale, 5 months later! When I was contacting the sales progression team the ladies there made me feel I was being a bother! I have since discovered the buyers were buying another property giving up weeks if not months ago! Robinson and Jackson did a shameful job by never chasing the buyers up! Spencer Humble called me to tell me the sale had fallen through. "Do you know any rich people who could lend you the money? He he"...and, "You weren't exactly inundated with offers were you?". I hope I don't see any nonsense written under this to say that's not true because unfortunately it was.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe service provided by this estate agent has been really outstanding. They followed me during the whole process from start to finish and even when things were getting a little difficult they didn’t hesitate to provide their full support by chasing the right people for me. Impeccable service, I highly recommend them to anyone!! A special thanks goes to Hazel, who supported me in the communication with the seller and helped me when the situation got unstable! Thanks guys

GoogleReally amazing, friendly and professional team. It was through Darren flagging a house I’d previously ruled out that I found my dream place at a brilliant price that was comfortably within budget. As a team, they were refreshingly honest, incredibly accommodating and always responded to calls and emails within the hour. I will also be forever thankful to Hazel for chasing up a somewhat slow solicitor and moving things along so successfully. They’re a genuine credit to the profession and it was a pleasure working with them!

GoogleThe team at the Plumstead office have been great. From first contact through to completion. Front of office Sales are extremely personable and helpful, easy to speak with and there are no questions they cannot answer. Back of office Progressing team, star performers in my book. Diligently following up and pulling all parties together and keeping everybody on the same page. If there was a sixth star I'd tick that too. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
