GoogleRobinson Jackson have been very efficient with the process thus far. I had a great viewing with Millie B who was friendly, didn't rush me at all (rare in my experience with letting agents) and had me feeling comfortable to take pictures and videos and ask questions as I pleased. The referencing and document signing process has been a breeze through their portal and through the Rightmove portal too. Yet to see what they are like once moved in with things like reporting repairs etc but I have a good feeling!

From the very first moment we met him, he came across as genuinely friendly, open and approachable, with such a positive vibe that immediately made us feel comfortable. He was very professional throughout the viewing, knowledgeable about the property and happy to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Although we ultimately ended up securing a different property, Jack still took the time to follow up with us and even contacted us when another suitable property became available, which we really appreciated
