GoogleGreat estate agent, fast communication, very efficient! We have used Residenza since 2013 for managing our investment property. We made the purchase via their advertisement and found the whole buying process satisfactory and hassle-less, so naturally we have continued to use their professional services. They are very good at securing long-term tenants, solving house maintenance issues, liaising with estate management company and solicitors. Highly recommended!

GoogleBe careful and never rent from these people. I’ve been told that I’ll get my deposit back max 48h after returning the keys. I returned the keys and unfortunately I’ve never received my deposit back. They are thieves. Also during the tenancy they were not professional at all. Zero starts for them.

FacebookThe worst nightmare. We rented a house with them. Once you pay they dissapear. They lie. They don´t have the house ready the date they agreed but they charge you and abuse you to pay even when they break the contract not having the house ready. They don´t repair anything. They even changed the last tenancy inventory check trying to charge for issues that were not in the original one (we had photos of the original one). Now when you leave a review on google they lie about us not paying. I will never use them again as they are untrusted and unprofessional.

GoogleExtremely upset with this agency, from the start of the call I got nothing but rude and dismissive staff. They didn’t really know much about the property I was asking for. They seemed to want to dismiss me at the start for some reason? I left to conversation feeling disrespected and treated 110% like a customer they wasn’t interested in helping. Other agencies have asked for more details to find a property suitable for me where this agency was dismissing me from the start. Not trying to sell me the property but giving me down falls of the property. Never have been treated such a way to make me feel this angry to write a review. As I usually don’t write reviews I just felt as a business it’s important to treat all potential clients with respect even if you don’t think you’ll be able to help them. Seriously terrible customer service. I feel to leave names but i won’t.
