GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Rude and arrogant staff, berated by one for calling the Battersea branch accidentally. More checks for renting than a mortgage application, sort yourselves out you halfwits.

GoogleBy far the worst agency I had to deal with in London. Quick to respond to emails and queries but painfully slow to deal with issues at the property. Would avoid using them if I can.

GoogleEXTREMELY BAD experience!! If I could put 0 stars, I would without hesitation. Incredibly rude and condescending in correspondence; literally without an ounce of politeness.This was by far the worst experience I had when looking for housing. Highly unrecommended.

GoogleJust moved my business in the area. Found a flat with Residenza and amazingly was shown the property in 4 hours and after agreeing was referenced and approved in 48 hours. and handed the keys. Excellent service

GoogleVery non serious agents... Would trap you in contract and then bring pretend buyers....wasted my 6 months...pictures were taken by cheap photographer and then put on without my approval..... They don't have any knowledge on what market price is going in the area. Never get your friends involved in your business they take you for a fool.

Unfortunatley it is beyond the agents control sometimes as in this case. The final decision is the landords as he is the owner of the property. The management did apologise to you for the inconvenience. Have a nice evening and good luck in your search.

Thought it would be OK to charge £60 for a key when my girlfriend had forgotten hers. Not to mention they moved the completely incorrect people into a house share without any thought but for lining their wallets. Avoid.
