I have been using RentMyHome since 2017 to market my flat, and they have found us multiple good tenants over the years. I use their website to view booking requests and accept them, and manage viewings and contracting myself. This time I also used their help with getting the tenancy agreement reviewed and then signed electronically. Debbie Diavatis was very helpful through this process. Good team, and value for money service.

Positive experience working with Alex!

I worked with Alex to update a contract and deposit with one of the tenants who was leaving my property. Alex was very knowledgable and helpful, making sure we covered every detail together. He was very diligent and made sure everything was correctly dated and signed. Due to the busy climate, it can be difficult to get through to the agents but Alex always made the effort to return my calls even calling out of his working hours (past 6pm). Thank you for the positive experience and enabling me to have confidence in the process!

I found a property to move into through them, and from day one, whoever I spoke to from their end have been nothing short of professional, nice and helpful on the phone. First time I've used RentMyHome and…

First time I've used RentMyHome and will absolutely be using them again! Amazing support throughout! Have used very expensive agency services before, but there really is no need. These guys, and in particular Sarah who was amazing, just made the full journey nice and simple. I don't live anywhere near my flat that I rented out in London, so they took care of everything. They quickly got people in the doors for viewings and several offers came in. My flat was rented out with only one day left vacant from one tenant to the other. All paperwork was covered off, which meant I knew I could relax knowing everything was compliant. Super happy! Will 100% use them again - although hopefully not too soon, as I'm hoping our new tenant might stay a while.Thank you for your great service, brilliant platform and excellent delivery!

Definitely recommend !

This was my first experience using an online letting agent. However I would definitely recommend Rentmyhome who I will certainly use again. The whole process was easy and smooth. Please let me share my experience of working with RentMyHome...My previous tenants had decided to purchase their own place, and had given me their required notice of a month.My first reaction was to get hold of my then current agent to get the ball rolling and find a new tenant, as any managed landlord would. Having heard nothing back for a week, I drove to their offices, and saw with much horror that it had been abandoned. After several emails and unanswered telephone calls to said agent, I was then made aware via text that they had to cease trading due to ill health, but didn't think to inform me; Yeah, why would they when their monthly fee I was paying them would've stopped! Not only that, but the question of recovering the tenant's deposit also gave me plenty of sleepless nights. Most landlord's worst nightmare happened to me on that very day and stayed with me for over a week...In a panic, I quickly researched letting agents in my area, and came across RentMyHome. My initial concern was that they are an online company only with no local branches to me, so I made a simple enquiry online as to the details of the service provided. I was surprised to receive a call back so quickly from the Managing Director, Will Clark. He actually took the time to explain how they could help me and what I could expect if they managed my property. He even went as far as to call me during a bank holiday weekend, on his day off, just to give me practical suggestions on how to recover my tenant's deposit, which is something that just doesn't happen these days with other agents. Every enquiry and question I put forward, no matter how trivial or silly they may have sound, were all answered satisfactorily. I was never made to feel like I was wasting anyone's time, or that they were too busy to talk to me. The process was clearly explained, as was the best strategy for getting a new tenant in as soon as possible. Those initial concerns I had were quickly alleviated.After listing the property, things pretty much ran like clockwork...Their online viewing system is efficient and allows you to manage all aspects of scheduling. As soon as my property was listed, enquiries came flooding in, and I'm now happy to report that we are now in the final stages of a new tenancy commencing.Katie George, the head of customer service, is another person whom I strongly feel has gone above and beyond what I expected; simply put, she's been an absolute godsend! During the entire process, from due diligence, liaising with tenants, to finalising contracts, etc, Katie has kept us in the loop every step of the way. Again, no matter how trivial or silly the question or request put forward, she always takes the time to address them to our complete satisfaction, and I couldn't ask for a better person or letting agent to manage our property.I'm very glad that I found RentMyHome, and at the same time sad that I didn't find them sooner; if I had it would have saved me a ton of headache and worry.There is a reason why RentMyHome have such a high rating, so if you're looking for a decent company with hardworking and caring employees to manage your rental(s), I would strongly advise you to talk to them.

Simply brilliant!

I cannot speak highly enough of the Rentmyhome team, it's been nothing but a pleasure dealing with them. I have used them to rent both my flats and the service has been excellent. They are quick to respond to your calls and emails, they are professional and polite and most importantly, they are down to earth and like to get to know you. Friendly knowledgeable Staff, great service!

Tom and Gina and the staff from Rent my home organised me tenants to move in very quickly. The tenants were very well researched and I was happy with the referencing process which saved me a lot of time and effort. The price was extremely reasonable and the team were very friendly. The only suggestion would be to ensure that the Landlord is made aware of all plans as there were a couple of times when it wasn’t always clear what the next stage would be. I would recommend this company for other Landlords looking for a friendly and efficient tenant find service.

With in 3 days I have been able to secure a home for me and 3 year old daughter! 72 hours!! I do not know another company who can turn around in this amount of time. Great service

Great service. First time as a landlord and RentMyHome took care of everything, taking the professional photos, drawing up the floor plan, listing the flat on various portals and taking care of all the initial documentation. Only requirement was to show the potential tenants around ourselves, which I actually think is a good thing as you get to meet them all in person. Just brilliant service - the future of letting!

My boss owns the building that holds our offices and it just happens to include a flat. Previously, the flat had been let to friends, so the agreement, though legal, was relaxed. When these friends moved out, I was tasked with finding new tenants at the best price, ensuring that all legalities were covered. Rentmyhome were absolutely brilliant. We went with the Essentials Package, which was excellent value for money and ensured all our bases were covered. The whole process was incredibly smooth - the advert went live and 2 weeks later, our new tenants have moved in. Tom Crossthwaite was my original contact and when the ad went live it was Gina Flatas - they were both outstanding. So lovely to deal with, always available to talk me through everything (I didn't have a clue what we needed outside of a contract) and I didn't have to even think about chasing them once as they were always two steps ahead of me. We've saved an absolute fortune (which my boss is thrilled about) have two new tenants, at the rent we wanted. Can't sing their praise more. The only thing I would say is that you need to be sure on the rent you want - we put the flat up for £300 more than was recommended and had an offer within 3 viewings. We're not using them to manage the property, but I'm sure that service is equally as excellent!

Exceptional Service

Exceptional Service. Ours was a particularly complex situation where we decided to secure 6 tenants separately but have them included in a joint tenancy. Suffice to say it was never going to be straight forward. Natasha Harries specifically and Tom Crosswaithe - were chiefly responsible for my listing, but the extended family at rentmyhome were a small miracle for my nerves. They were wonderful throughout the process and helped me achieve my goal within six weeks. I now have tenants that pay their rent a day before its due and are actually rather a lovely bunch. I cannot thank Rentmyhome enough for my lovely tenants. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again myself.

Quick and efficient

I have always used an estate agent to rent my properties in the past and was a little worried about doing it on my own. Absolutely the easiest hassle free and inexpensive way to rent your home

Lucky me, I found Rentmyhome on Google. I've used other agencies before and was disappointed in their slow service, that I didn't actually get to meet the potential tenants and had to pay a high price to boot! This agency is so different. I chose to pay for photo's, EPC, Legal services etc. It was a flat one off fee of £340. If you are willing to go it alone it only costs £49 or thereabouts.The photos and EPC were promptly done and the next day the flat appeared online. The day after that I had a number of offers, and I accepted the first.What a brilliant service. Monday the photos,viewings booked the next day and offers 2 days later. All happily sorted in less than a week.The staff are amazing, helpful, cordial and always happy to help.Thank you so much Rentmyhome, and special thanks to Natasha, Lizzie and Tom.I highly recommend this agency.

Brilliant experience

From start to finish rentmyhome have been really excellent, really accommodating, helpful, efficient, excellent communication, immediately responsive and great value. I never even met anyone from the team in person but i feel I had a better relationship with them than most of the other estate agents I had approached before rentmyhome. I felt completely in control throughout the process. There were so many benefits. The only very slight downside I found was the referencing for the tenants only went back 1 year and I thought that could have been more thorough/longer but I'm new to the process and I don't know if that's standard practice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent their property.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Rent My Home have to be the friendliest estate agents I’ve ever come across! We spent days calling various agents in London who were so rude and dismissive, it made the entire process really stressful.
