Rent London flat have been very odd with their management of our flat. They asked us to renew our contract after a year and since have been managing our request very very badly and not sorting issues for a long long time. Beware as they use typical bad agency practices. All the staff here are nice, they can respond to your questions in a quick way. When I move out of the house, one of the staff(Fathy) come to check everything is alright. It's really nice renting experience
