GoogleGood sales team, terrible property management team. The responsible representative (Simran) doesn't abide by contracts, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't even know how to enter the building when every single delivery person knows, violates Tenancy Deposit Scheme

Thanks for your review. Having looked over this, as a matter of good practice, I can see a large amount of communcation from Simran to all occupants, so I am not sure how this tallies. It seems that the frustration in this matter is in regard to the deposit. I appreciate that deductions are frustrating. and rest assured we wish that there was no need for deductions, and were able to send back the deposit without issue. Sadly however, as there was damage left, this has to be accounted for, and the landlrod recompensed appropriately. There is no benefit to us or the landlord in this. As such Simran is doing exactly as she should, in accordance with the contract, and the deposit scheme rules. I tust that this provides some clarity, and balance.

GoogleDevon Fletcher @ Prime London helped me find a property to buy. He was outstanding in all respects in arranging the viewing and in handling all follow-up. It was clear that he was always honest in every exchange. Lastly, he was not transactional and genuinely tried to help all the time - in fact, he helped me with a few things even after completion. Kudos to such great customer service.

GoogleI'm a flat owner and I've used Prime London to manage my London flat for about 18 months. They've been great. I was recommended to them by the building concierge because they were good to deal with from the building management side. They've handled things really well - the odd problems that have come up as well as the day-to-day stuff. GoogleWorst company I have worked with. Very bad experience. They don’t manage the property well and seems like they have a lack of staff. Asked for a property inspection as well and did not get any response.

Hi Umar, It is a shame to receive your review. I have had a look through as a matter of good practice, and can see that there have been over 60 emails from our staff to your father since the tenancy started in September. If the occupant has not responded to you directly, as much as that is out of our control, kindly advise your Property Manager so they can do their best to assist you.
