My experience with this company’s sales team was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, details were often incorrect, and follow-ups were either delayed or completely ignored.
As this profile is brand new, with this sole 'review' aside from one for company formations that has clearly also been paid for, this is sadly, and very obviously, a bot. As such, we cannot respond in any meaningful way

I must say that my experience with Prime London has been excellent and an absolute record of accomplishment, less than 3 weeks from the moment I picked up the phone till the day I moved. Bryce has been amazing, he thoroughly understood my briefing, found me the perfect place and has secured a great deal. I couldn’t be happier and would strongly recommend the Prime London team when renting or buying a house.

GoogleI’ve had some good and some bad experiences with agencies in London, but can safely say that my experience so far with Prime London has been by far the best! Their professional effectiveness has only been matched by the warmth and dedication of the team. Great fact based guidance and getting a real handle on the right ‘fit’ despite it being a busy time were particular value-adds!

GoogleYet to move into the property but so far has been a great experience. Easy communication with Devon over Whatsapp to arrange viewings and to keep us updated on the offer process and easy ongoing communication to sort out contracting and references etc. Can't speak as a tenant yet but hoping that property management happens as smoothly as the initial setup did.
