GoogleDealt with Devon, who is a credit to his profession. He made a very stressful transition so smooth as normally in my experience it can be a total nightmare. Devon was responsive, worked incredibly hard and to my surprise was answering all our questions late into Sunday evening. GooglePrime London did me well. Joseph and his team secured an ideal tenant for me. I appreciate Joseph for his friendliness, pragmatism, depth of knowledge and dedication. He was accessible, even happy to respond to my emails and phone calls over weekends! I was kept in the loop at every stage and made aware of the various costs throughout. Very transparent with no unexpected surprises there. All in all a great experience. Very happy with Prime London and would highly recommend them as true professionals.

Googlenever got my deposit back. the 5 star reviews are from them boosting their numbers to look good. they're friendly until you get your place, then they stress you out and squeeze your rent money. they also never deal with any problems in your flat and charge you for it instead. avoid them!!
Dear Danny, It seems there is a mistake with this review. This may be for a similarly named company or the very similarly named London hotel, as has sadly been the case previously, and we are often confused with. For completeness, and to assure this, I’ve had a look at our recent tenancy deposit returns, and there are no individuals named Danny within the last quarter. At our firm, there is a formal process for deposit returns, in accordance with the scheme rules for MyDeposits. We hold a huge number of these deposits without any issue at all. There is no possibility that a deposit is simply not returned, unless of course there are rent arrears or damage at or above this value. Again it seems this is not for us, but I trust this clarifies regardless.

I used its letting and management service last year. Their fee rate is high compared to others, but the services was poor. They did not inform the utility providers when the tenant moved in and moved out. Even worse, when the tenant moved out Prime London did not check whether the tenant settled all the bills, but confirmed to me the bills had been settled. So I agreed to release the deposit. Now all the outstanding bills surface out. There are about 60 bills, reminders and demand letters. I’m being chased by the utility providers and council.😡😭😭😭
Hi Christine, As discussed, sadly your incoming agent did not relay/update the details when bills were received. This was during a lockdown period, but after we were made aware, we rectified this, even though we were not managing the property. I have asked for the review to be updated (for accuracy and fairness), but as this has not been done, I have replied to ensure that this is seen. Best, Joseph

I strongly warn all landlords: avoid Prime London Residential at all costs.
Dear Mr Blade, Sadly, we were unable to respond in full previously, as your correct name is not on the review. I sincerely wish that, as advised intially, we had been engaged to manage the property, to avoid the issues that were created by this not being the case. We were not engaged to manage, as your review suggests. We successfully manage many hundreds of properties, and there is a large amount of compliance and statute that needs to be adhered to when managing property. Whilst my staff continued to assist and provide advice in spite of the above, and suffered documented abuse in return, they were found by the Ombudsman to have advised you 100% correctly. That report is available for viewing, and confirms as such. The Ombudsman did confirm that there was one error, being a single typo on an initial draft contract, that was never issued, and was of no consequence or loss. All issued documents were of course 100% accurate. None of your other complaints had validity. Again, the report confirms the same, and is a matter of record sir. Much as I wish advice had been followed upfront to save such issues occuring, and that we had not been sought to be the scapegoat, I wish you the best with your future endeavours. I appreciate you are disappointed with the Ombudsman's findings, however it is far more disappointing that it is felt necessary to now continually respond and defame. Again, I wish you the best, but urge you to cease this unnecessary discourse.

GoogleCould not rate them higher. My boyfriend and I have rented through Prime for the last five years and they have always been the best estate agents we’ve ever been with. Efficient, SO helpful, give plenty of notice if any changes so there’s never any nasty surprises and have always gone above and beyond to find us the best apartments to rent throughout our time with them. We’ve had a close relationship particularly with Shannon throughout our tenancies and she has been absolutely amazing from all fronts.

The viewing went quite smooth, Devon was professional enough to guide me through the process of viewing/signing and arranged a quite swiftly move in.
Hi Luke, Whilst it is pleasing to hear the good feedback regarding Devon, the latter (regarding the deposit) is of course less so, especially as we always push for a speedy deposit return. If it does take a long period, this is only detrimental to tenants and oursleves too (as there is no benefit of us doing so).
