TrustpilotWe have had a very positive experience
We have had a very positive experience with Portico. They have been great on the communication front, always fast to respond and very helpful. Everything has moved fast for us with the help of the Portico team which is exactly what we needed with the house.

TrustpilotLady Niongo very helpful
Lady spent plenty of time with me and was unbelievably helpful in my search for a property. She took time to talk with me and find a place that suited me and my situation. Her communication was great and i was updated every step of the way.

GooglePortico has been the best professional solution for my first buying experience in London. Annabelle who works in Fulham/Parsons Green office has promptly answered to all questions and actively and proactively helped me with any difficulties that could have raised during the burocratic process. I can only recommend Portico other 100 times!

TrustpilotJust in time!
Sean and his colleagues have worked tirelessly to help us with the sale of our property. From marketing, viewing, price negotiations and completion support; they have provided an excellent service. I fully recommend! We would not have made the stamp duty deadline without their help!

TrustpilotTop Draw!!!!
I’ve been working with Tembi for many years now. She’s always happy to help and provide assistance. Keep up the great service. I have used few property companies in the past and the process was very transactional. Finally the property ticked all the boxes for me and highly recommend Portico Property

Great service and presentation by all the friendly staff. I have been a member of the portico places for a couple years now and it is great getting deals from all my favorite places in Clapham! Would recommend to any of my friends or family looking to rent or sell.

TrustpilotAwful letting agency in London
Completely unreliable, lazy and untrustworthy agents. They will not reply to any tenant issues via email or phone, including broken boilers, and your deposit is not safe with this agency.Living in a flat run by this agency has truly made for a miserable experience. Avoid them at all costs!

TrustpilotInstant valuation isnt instant
Free online instant valuation of house. Enter details... website jumps to detailed evaluation and asks to setup a meet. Clickbait, avoid. These are probably all fake reviews here too

Portico have been a breath of fresh air. I let my property through them, they found me a profession tenant in less than a week. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would recommend them to everybody else who is looking to let or sell their property.

TrustpilotReassuringly excellent.
I've been renting my flat for a number of years through Portico Property and can honestly say they are the best. Their whole approach is professional but very caring and friendly. I deal with Andriana Boukas who is switched on and incredibly thorough and efficient. Very happy. Thank you.

GoogleAVOID! Worst property management company in London. Ignores emails and never answer calls from tenants, shoddy repairs, breached terms of agreements and contracts.

Excellent service provided by Portico (Repairs coordinator Kieran Downey). I have had several maintenance issues at the property this year. I received appropriate response each time I raised a request and Kieran did make sure issues were resolved up to the satisfaction. Thanks.

TrustpilotPortico Leyton
I have been using Portico Leyton for many many years now and they are always professional and very experienced. Marc in particular is someone who is extremely knowledgeable and also willing to go the extra mile which is very rare these days. I would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotCharlene in renewals
Renewing my tenant’s contract for another year was quite a relief, but Charlene getting me a 3% rent increase made it a pleasure - not to mention how that extra money over the next 12 months will help me to plan for the S.24 tax increase next year!

TrustpilotI wouldn’t even give portico one star
I wouldn’t even give portico one star. Outstanding problems for 18 months serious damp issues. Don’t respond to emails unless they want something from us and ignore the initial request from us. Avoid at all costs. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel so strongly about this.

TrustpilotPortico are great all round
I have always found the communications and emails from Samantha to be both informative but also interesting and relevant to me. I also love the Portico Places initiative, (who doesn't love a discount right!), but now I go to far more local places than I ever used to.

TrustpilotI recommend Portico wholeheartedly
I recommend Portico wholeheartedly. They have made the process of renting out my property (both via Airbnb and for short/long lets) extremely easy. They respond to emails promptly and efficiently and I have not had to concern myself with any of the 'nitty gritty'. DON'T HESITATE.... RING THEM!!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
