Highly recommended. Portico looked after my rented flat for 6 years and were very professional and helpful.Charlotte organised the selling of the flat recently. It sold within a few days, for the full asking price. Great service and a pleasure to work with.

Rented our flat through Portico, smooth process, would recommend. Simon the inventory manager made the move so easy on the day, working out of hours to help us move due to covid. The man deserves a medal or at least a class of rosè!

GoogleClaim to be award winning estate agency. But as an estate agency have been appauling in dealing with refunding my deposit which is now 3 weeks overdue. They are quick to demand fees, and take deposits but when it comes to providing a fair service and being transparent they fail miserably.

Avoid. Time wasters. I had 3 viewings organised days before and confirmed an hour before. Then outside the first property no-one turned up for the viewing, the office had no record of the viewings, and all 3 properties had actually already been let.Very very poor

GoogleReally friendly service. Very easy to get hold of and as a team, were willing to help as much as they could to ensure our renting process was as smooth as possible. I have rented with other agents before and Portico definitely are a mark above the rest. Great service.

GoogleIf you wish to rent.. AVOID Portico. Over 3 years their service was abysmal repairs not carried out etc. One has to chase for return of deposit. 2 months and still ongoing. Their property manager Lindsay ignores emails, in fact they ignore all emails.

I have had a positive experience using Portico’s Airbnb management service. The photos and listing are great and we have a relatively high booking rate. The property is cleaned to a high standard before each rental and the team respond to guest messages promptly.
