We used Portico Islington to let a flat in Clerkenwell recently. They were responsive to queries and kept us fully informed on progress regarding viewings etc. (including Molly responding out of hours over email). Suitable tenants were found quickly and the appropriate reference checks etc. done within a few days. Very pleased with the service.

GoogleI had moved out of a property I rented through Portico almost 3 months ago and I have yet to receive my deposit back. Above all that, they do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. The worst agency I have seen in my entire life. Especially when it comes to property management.
