As a tenant, do not use Portico!!!! Stay away from them. From excessive application fees (prior the law making them illegal), check-out fees and ANYTHING to grab some of your deposit..... I have learned so many life lessons from Portico and the stereotype is now cemented in my mind; never trust estate agents, esp a letting agent!!!!!!!

Very happy with the level of service and diligence shown by Spyros Miaris (Forest Gate, London) ironing out matters relating to my AST and Tenancy Rent Deposit at the point of contract renewal. Would have given 5 stars but landlord communication has been a little lacking on the Property Management side of the business.

Property manager Alice Franco Do Amaral.Alice has organised and advised us with regard to the decoration of the house. This includes new front door, washing machine etc. She is always extremely polite at all times and nothing is too much trouble she is very prompt in replying to our emails.

Excellent work from Helene and Sonya. Helped us out with urgent repair work organising a vetted handyman in very short order and then a full replacement by a qualified workman at a reasonable price. They were highly communicative, keeping us in the loop and responding very quickly. Can highly recommend Portico and these two in particular.

GoogleWorst agency to deal with. Poor communication. And little to no guidance in the process of both renting and moving out. Would never use again. And most definitely not recommend.

GoogleNever answer the phones and never call back! Portico is the worst lettings agents I have ever dealth with. I have even tried calling other branches and numbers and no one ever answers. AVOID!!!!!

Really good service and efficiency overall, but in particular I wanted to highlight the fantastic assistance that I received from Magdalena Grzesiak, who helped with preparing our statements and other related items. Magdalena responded promptly to all our requests and questions, and was always extremely polite and pro-active in doing so!! :-)
