Google(Review from landlord.) Terrible management service. We had an outstanding maintenance issue which was left unresolved for over 6 months, despite continual chasing from both us as landlords and our tenants. Portico have been unable(/unwilling) to resolve the issue, so we are now escalating our complaint to The Property Ombudsman. Steer clear!

Completely unreliable, lazy and untrustworthy agents. They will not reply to any tenant issues via email or phone, including broken boilers, and your deposit is not safe with this agency.Living in a flat run by this agency has truly made for a miserable experience. Avoid them at all costs!

Excellent service provided by Portico (Repairs coordinator Kieran Downey). I have had several maintenance issues at the property this year. I received appropriate response each time I raised a request and Kieran did make sure issues were resolved up to the satisfaction. Thanks.

GoogleAwful service. Would avoid at all costs. Out of a list of 10 problems identified at the start of the tenancy, they have managed to fix the one problem that would require them to be reported to the council. The rest have all been ignored for the next two weeks.

I wouldn’t even give portico one star. Outstanding problems for 18 months serious damp issues. Don’t respond to emails unless they want something from us and ignore the initial request from us. Avoid at all costs. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel so strongly about this.
