GoogleDO NOT rent with Portico. Absolutely awful service from the minute we moved from the sales team to the account team. On average we have had to wait 3 weeks for a response to any email, calls were ignored and staff are rude.

GoogleMy experience with Portico couldn't have gone smoother. From the initial viewing all the way to signing the tenancy agreement, there was regular communcation from Portico throughout each stage. I'd highly recommend using them, as I've had frustrating dealings with other estate agents in the past.
